The service was fine. He did the job very efficiently to our satisfaction. I have had no issues since the service was provided. Once we made contact their responsiveness was good.

It was okay, but the price was out of line. They also changed the appointment three times. It got later and later and later in the day. It is not cool and I am not going to deal with it any more. If I need somebody else I will just move on. It is not worth my time. Usually when I pay somebody for good service I expect it. The driver and the helper were very polite and were good guys. They did what they were supposed to the right way. It is just whoever made the appointment kept moving it later and later. They are average and are not any more terrible than the next one. When they finally got there they were okay.

The service turned out great. We have used them several times. I use them because we do not have to do anything. They pick up everything. We just kind of point and they grab it all. They sort through all of the stuff and take it to the proper place. I have not had any issues. They come when they say they are going to come and the price is what it is going to be.

They were fantastic and were pretty exact in their quote. They showed up on time and took everything away.

That was fine. They did a very good job. They were professional yet they were friendly. They were very accommodating to our needs in terms of waiting for us to look through a box if we needed to see if there was something we needed them to take away.

I found Junk King on Angie's List and they removed my mother-in-law's old furniture efficiently. I only called yesterday (Fri 7/25/14) to schedule removal for today (Sat 7/26/14). They were reasonable and even arrived at her apartment before anticipated, which was fantastic. From the owner to the movers, they were all very pleasant to speak with by phone. If you need anything removed from your home or a loved one's home, they are the first people I would call. Don't waste time or money anywhere else, the service was fantastic.

Renee and the team were amazing, this was a massive project but they jumped in and got it squared away very quickly. I can't say anything but great things.

They were amazing. I had planned on taking stuff to the dump , but once I had everything in one place, it was too much for me to handle. I called Junk Kings at 3pm Friday and explained my situation; they found a way to fit me in on Saturday morning. We had to be out Saturday. The guys who collected the trash were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely call them anytime I need to dispose of something. Can't say enough about the crew: polite, fast, careful, professional. We needed to move out a ton of stuff - lots of it heavy like books, dishes, furniture - and I can't do it, physically. What made this service so attractive to me is that they sort, trash, recycle and donate the useables! This was just a win/win all the way around. And, it was gone in less than an hour. Priceless!

Excellent, professional service. I pointed, they picked up, removed, and swept up everything that I didn't want in the garage. What would have taken me weeks to removed they removed in a few hours.

These guys charge by the truckload and to be honest I felt like they undercharged for the amount of work they did. They arrived on-time and worked quickly and efficiently.

perfect....from start to finish. I found this company online, emailed them with some questions and immediately received an automated quote and a personal response from someone on a WEEKEND evening which was a pleasant surprise. It's so easy to make an appointment on line and you can even choose the time frame that you need them here. I also received a $30 discount for booking the appt online. They're also GREEN and they donate/recycle whatever they can which is an added bonus. On the appointment day, the guys called when they were about 15 minutes away and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were both friendly, professional, efficient, nice and very easy to deal with. I wish all service providers and companies I have to deal with could be this pleasant. We're moving and had a mountain of stuff we'd gone through and needed to get rid of and not only is it a relief that it's gone but the experience of doing so was actually a good one. Thank you for helping us AND reducing our stress!!!

Bill from Junk Kings called me to inquire about the amount and type of items to be picked up the day prior. On the day of the appointment, his two guys called to let me know they were on their way. After showing up, they quickly assessed what they were taking and began loading their truck. The whole process took approximately 40 minutes (max) and they also readily accepted their coupon for Angie's List members. Overall, the process couldn't have been easier. This is my second time using Junk Kings and my second interaction with them went as well as my first. This company is one that I will continue to use in the future!

They were prompt,courteous and did all asked with no problems. Follow up was good.

Renee Ferguson with Junk King was courteous, responsive, and helpful. I wanted to add another job from a different location and that was no problem. The two men who came were on time, courteous, helpful, and very strong !! This is the perfect service for people who don't want to risk throwing out their back by lifting a refrigerator, heavy TV, etc. It's so worth the money and they are really terrific to work with and very reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommended Junk King.

We had to reschedule the demolition because they didn't have enough men or the right tools but it was rescheduled for the next day. They took great care to move the hot tub without damaging it and cleared up all the debris from the decks. Their credit card swiper wasn't working and I had to pay with cash. They were unable to provide a receipt, which I would still like to have, but all in all, they did a great job. I've already recommended them to one of my neighbors.

Junk King came on time and cleaned up all the debris that is left from the construction. Charged a little extra. But, cleanup done well.

JUNK KING called me to inform me , the time they would arrive... explained how they would do task... take all junk out of apartment first ... then load it on truck ... the 1/8th load only took the two of them - 30 minutes ... even billy bass liked the great job they did ... Junk King stopped by the property late in the afternoon the same day that I called. They were able to do the job immediately. Not only did they get the trash and debris picked up outside by a garage, they picked up all of the leaves as well. Job well done.

I called, they were friendly first of all, then they quoted me a fair price, then they completed the job same day ahead of schedule. Couldn't of been happier.

They provided an estimate for removal and were able to perform service the next day. The crew removed and hauled away small furniture items, numerous boxes and miscellaneous items from 10' X 10' storage space. They even swept the unit clean and left it ready for the next renter. Bill Rice demonstrated superior professionalism and provided excellent service. We are extremely pleased and will use him again when needed as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Junk King sent 2 men and they called us to let us know they were on their way. In fact they were ahead of the time they promised but that worked great for us. The men were efficient and moved everything we wanted moved within 2 hours. This entire experience worked great for us. We will definitely use them again.

They were great. They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time and they were very professional. They did solve a lot of my troubles by hauling off a lot of stuff I wanted out of my house. There were no additional charges aside from the big deal price. I don't live in Houston anymore, so I won't use them anymore.
