Very good service, patient, and professional staff.

Terrible. I have used junk-king 4 times in the previous 2 months as we are preparing to move out of state. Twice they arrived on time and twice did not show. 3-4 days earlier this week I had scheduled an appointment for today 11/02/22, 0700-0900. Junk-King did not show. After several phone calls they told that the general manager (Dallas) said I had rescheduled my appointment for 12:00. This is categorically untrue. We needed an early pick up because we have an 8 hour drive to the motel where we are spending the first night of our trip. The staff told me Dallas would call me. When I finally spoke with Dallas he told me all his phone calls went to voice mail and that was why it was several hours behind he contacted me. (There were no calls to my phone). Prior to the phone call from Dallas, I had spoken to two other employees asking why he hadn’t called. (They stated Dallas was not answering his messages) Dallas told me he would be there between 12:30-1pm. I told him my neighbors would handle the finances because I was several hours from Allen. Dallas did not arrive until 2:20pm. I thought the price he quoted was outrageous but I had no choice but to accept it. No Discount. No Offer of an Apology. Of the four visits this one was by far the highest priced but certainly not the largest load. One would think that a general manager would be honest and ethical. I hope I never hear the name of junk-king again.

Junk King was quick to respond. I only had a few hours to have the stuff removed from the garage so we could begin to restore order and complete our project. They were quick to come and remove mattresses and box springs along with stacks of boxes filled with junk.

Very satisfied. Will use them again soon.

They came on time and quickly did the job.

Great, they arrived early after calling and asking if it was okay. They were friendly and professional. We arrived at a price they picked up the items and were gone.

The showed up and took it away, no problem. Other companies told us it was too small of a load to be worthwhile, but junk king takes small loads.

They were able to empty this apartment out in under two hours. Both guys were really great. I had a good time watching them work. They got my job done and provided a great experience as well.

It was wonderful. They were on time, professional and very nice. They were personable, but not chatty. They did the work efficiently and quickly. I have used them 2 times, and have hired them to do more work after the first of the year.

They showed up on time. Removed some very big bulks materials. Did create a bit of a mess but all in all they did a good job

Process was unbelievably easy. I used their website on a Thursday night to schedule a pickup for Friday around 2pm. Nick called me before arriving and then when they were at my home he made sure to clarify what needed to go and what needed to stay. Nick and two helpers loaded the truck within 30 minutes, swept, and the job was done. Too easy.

Excellent assistance in scheduling (they were ready right away!) and gave me a two-hour window for the next morning. Loved that we got a call ahead of time when the crew was on their way (allowed us to prepare and move some items for them). Pickup crew was very polite and super efficient! I almost wish I had more junk to be hauled away :-)

Perfect. Scheduled the day before. Arrived on time. Price was good, Friendly service. They were here and gone within 20 min. Nice service. Easy setup to schedule over internet. Will use again.

They arrived when they said they would and completed the project with speed and precision. I greatly appreciate everything they did. I think anyone would be happy hiring them. I highly recommend them. They were fast and professional in every way. I cannot say enough good things about them.

5019They guys were great! They called in advance, said they would be delayed a couple of hours. Upon arrival they were easy to work with, but I recommend you be flexible and supportive as they are hard-working and good natured. My largest item was a HEAVY upright concert piano, but we had no trouble. Very glad I used these people, and definitely will do it again. However, be sure to show them a copy of your Angie's List coupon, otherwise they will charge you a higher rate.

They were talking about how to perform the task and they made it seem too complicated and I just didn't feel comfortable. I found someone else who knew exactly what to do and completed the job in less than an hour.

Workers arrived on time, were courteous and professional. The couch was too large for the front door, so they ended up taking it out the back, with some maneuvering. Overall, it went quickly and relatively smoothly. My only objection is that the price seemed high for the service. It was a two-man job, but still they were in an out in about 20 minutes, and $138 seems high for one single item to be removed, even if it was bulky and cumbersome. I was hoping for something more around the $75 range. Still, I was made aware of the price ahead of time, and I did approve it. The service was excellent, and glad to have the couch out of there.

I'm moving and had a good deal of construction debris and assorted junk in my garage that I could not haul to the curb (no collection day before my move-out date) - and the county does not accept construction debris. The Junk King scheduled an appointment quickly. They came out with two men and quickly hauled away a few hundred pounds of white-rock mulch, topsoil, and old doors and planks, and assorted other junk. I used a deal on Angie's list for $198. The workers were quick, courteous, and professional. I high recommend Junk King to anyone in the DFW area. A+!

Junk King did an awesome job!! Great service isn't rocket science! They showed up on time, worked without supervision, clearly outline the work they would do and delivered the service at the cost quoted. Maceo and Willie were conscientious and hard working. Thank you!
