Junk King Dallas

I was very happy with the whole process of contacting Junk King, setting up appointment and having them haul away the item. They arrived within the window they said and were in and out quickly. Very happy with the service I received and I will use them again when needed.

During the demolition and removal work, the workers allowed the barn frame to fall an a fence that had a corner adjacent to the barn. It damaged the top rail and 10 feet of the black vinyl coated fence chain link netting. The job supervisor, Johann Ferguson, saw the damage as it occurred and told us to get an estimate of the cost to repair that portion of the fence. We paid the full agreed cost of the barn removal the day the work was done, because it would take several days to get the repair estimate. Mr. Ferguson said said he would send us a refund from the barn demolition cost. The estimate for the fence repair was $500. In negotiation with Mr. Ferguson, he said that the fence was too close to the barn, so we should bear some of the cost. We negotiated the repair cost down to $325 for Junk King and the balance to be paid by us. Mr. Ferguson agreed to refund us the $325. We heard nothing from him for a few weeks. My husband called him twice and each time he said he would send us the refund check. In addition to phone conversations with Mr. Ferguson, we also sent a registered letter to the Junk King office detailing the situation. It is now May 6 and we have not received the refund. Other than the damage to the fence and the unprofessional way the refund was handled, the rest of the job went smoothly. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after the job.

The removal crew called when they were on my way and also when they arrived at my door. They did everything promised with a smile. I am so glad I could find them.

We liked them. They were really reasonable. Their response time was just great. They came out the same day I called. They were good.

They did a great job removing a number of heavy and bulky items that we no longer wanted. I appreciate that they recycle whatever can be recycled. They were friendly and hard working.

Representatives came to the house to give me an estimate, then came the next day to haul the items off. They responded super fast when I first asked for help, always showed up on time and did a quick and neat job. Always professional. A pleasure to work with.

They were very punctual came right when they said they would. They hauled everything and cleaned it all up very fast! They were good and professional. The price wasn't what I expeceted though, I paid for a $89 service that I thought would work, it was described as a "pick up truck" size load which I thought it would fit. Apparently though it was like 3/4 of a truck load so I had to pay extra which I wasn't ready for. They were good at what they do just wish the pricing was clearer on what I was getting and more descriptive on the price to load ratio.

They did a good job. We will use them in the future again.

2 good guys in the coolest truck. Dismantled an old rusted steel garden shed and took it away along with a ping pong table and some other misc junk. You guys rock!

I called Renee in the early afternoon and she was able to have a crew at my home by late afternoon that same day. I did not expect that prompt of service but certainly appreciated it since I happened to be already off work that day for another reason. The crew was friendly and helpful and got the very heavy TV moved out of an upstairs bedroom, down the stairs and out the front door within minutes. I had tried and tried other means to get rid of it and it was just in my way, hampering my ability to even fix up that bedroom. Renee was friendly and easy to work with on the phone. She and her crew were just great! Her information indicates the company is bonded and insured, which was also important to me.

Junk King arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly to remove all of my discarded items. They were courteous, friendly and professional.

It turned out great! I'd recommend them to everybody. It was a real good deal, so I referred them to somebody else.
