Description of Work: Amazing company and service! Spoke to the owner on the phone who also did the overview of the house/job they would have to do. This was my father's house and considered an estate. The estate sale had happened, but lots were left. Not only did they get everything out of the house, but got furniture to people they knew instead of trashing it and even found some lost files in a closet! Thank you!!

Description of Work: They asked me for my coupon from angi's list. I told them I didn't have one. Then they said oh maybe we have you mixed up with someone else! Then they up'd the price because there were 2 items. My husband had to call them back with the Angie's confirmation number. They knew good and well we used Angie's list. I feel like that was very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone who knowingly tried to rip me off.

It is the team's responsibility to make sure that an Angie's List customer is provided top service and pricing--so it is their job to ask for the coupon when someone says they have a coupon. The coupon does have limitations and if the load goes over what was purchased there is an additional charge. We appreciate your business and it appears you were satisfied with the service (having given it an A rating) but were upset because you thought the team should have known you were Angie's List customer. Yes, it was in their notes but they do have to ask for the coupon to prevent unscrupulous types from infringing on the Angie's List community. (Ah...The world in which we live). Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Junk King in the past year. |I didn't have a large load of things to haul off, but it was stuff that would have been hard for me to get rid of. |I called their office, they were able to come out that week. I made my appointment on the internet, received a reminder email and a call. The driver called me when they were on the way, got here early. Two guys hauled off my junk in record time and my garage looks great. |The best $100 I've spent lately! |I will use them again and will definitely recommend them to others!
