Description of Work: While everyone was very professional, unfortunately they cut into our wood deck. We contacted them and within the week they had repaired the damage. You know things do not always well but to have a company stand behind their work says it all. We would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Hauled away a box spring that would not fit up staircase of new condo. They charge on a scale. We were well under the minimum weight for a pick up, but we talked to the manager and paid the minimum price and they came to take it way.

Description of Work: Junk King came in on time and within my budget to remove debris and junk that I needed cleared out. What really caught my eye was in your online ad that your employees were insured and professional looking. It's also great that Junk King recycles over 60% of what they collect and remove for us. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone at any time for any size job.

Description of Work: We had to clean out and clean up my parent's home of 30 years in Dallas. There was stuff everywhere...in the garage and attic plus 30 years of accumulation of "stuff" inside the house from raising 2 kids in the house. They tended to keep a lot of household items and had more than their share of kitchenware and workshop tools. We kids had already taken what we wanted from Mom & Dad and they had selected what they would take to their senior living apartment so we just wanted to get rid of everything that remained. We had no interest in holding a garage sale (more work than the money that you can make) and we knew there were things of value that someone could use but we didn't have the time to go through it, bag it and put it outside for pickup--plus some of the things I know wont be picked up by some charity's. Junk King has guys that come into the house and do all the work for you...plus they will take everything except hazardous stuff (like all the paint Dad kept from all the colors my room was painted!!) Our ultimate goal was to empty the house of all the stuff we didn't want (except for a few "staging" items), get the rooms painted and get the house on the market to sell.
