I had quite a few non-working things in my garage that can't be put into the trash, such as vacuums, floor cleaners, fans, hair dryers, toasters, lamps, etc. I don't have any way to get them to a place where they can be disposed of or recycled responsibly, so it was a great relief to have Junk King pick up everything and haul it away. I was very pleased with Junk King's punctuality and professionalism. They were pleasant to work with and made me feel comfortable. I recommend them to anyone who needs this service - you won't be disappointed.

Our phone calls were answered by a live person, and schedules were set up for our convenience. The crew arrived on schedule and provided an estimate, emphasizing, for our consideration and reconsideration, that the cost might be higher than we expected for just hauling junk. In the end, the cost came in below the estimate. Because we had not seen some of the stored items for decades, we had to go through many cartons in order to decide what to keep and what to discard. Even though the charges were for the job--the volume of material hauled-- not for the time, the crew patiently assisted us with the carton-by-carton search. They were pleasant and professional, showing patience for the problems that we had in making choices of what to discard and what to save.

I purchased the coupon for hauling. They called and let me know they were on their way, and they were actually early. They had a two hour time frame and arrived at the beginning of the first hour. They were courteous, very professional, and picked up everything very quickly. No surprises. HIghly recommend them.

Made an appointment at 10;30, They said they should be there between 1 and 2 they arrived at 12:30. Estimated 1/2 truck and was a little bit over, but they charged me the 1/2. Very friendly and helpful. I have some yard debris and more stuff that I didn't have ready, will definitely call them again!

Scheduling the Service I called Junk King shortly after purchasing the "Big Deal". I spoke with someone on the phone, she got some information about the type of "junk" I needed removed, and we set a service date a few days out. About five minutes after my call, I received an email confirming the appointment. Performing the Service The guys performing the service called me about 40min before arriving to let me know their approximate arrival time. At arrival (in a very large "junk" truck), they introduced themselves, did a quick inventory/assessment of the "junk", and loaded all of it up. They were very personable, professional, courteous, and worked fast. I will definitely use their services again. Additional notes I thought this was a great service. The stuff they hauled away would have taken me at least 3 loads in a pickup and I would have had to go to 3 different places based on the material I was disposing (local transfer station, local recycle (for electronics items), and the dump for concrete - which is 45 min away). Particularly with the Angie's list coupon, it was a tremendous value and time saver.

Junk King hauled away everything which I had paid them to take, and then some extras. They mentioned that they were going to be donating to a charity and would take the items, as they thought the charity could use them. Very good experience.

The team lead was great! They called when they were an hour away and then again when they were 10 min away to give us their status. They showed up and were extremely efficient and professional. I had half a garage of boxes filled with broken ceramic tile and various other remodeling materials. My coupon was only for 1/4 of a truck and I didn't think all of the trash would fit. They took everything! It was great! It took them less than 30 min and we didn't have to do a thing.

We got a quote before we decided to use the company. The gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional. The day the work was scheduled the gentlemen were stuck in traffic and called in advance of the appointment time to tell us they were going to be late........which was very much appreciated. Three gentlemen showed up, got to work, were very professional. Come to find out the refrigerator was nailed into the wall (4-5 nails pierced the fridge) so it did take some work to get it out, but they were patient and figured it out and got the job done to our 100% satisfaction. The price and professionalism was stellar. We would both recommend and use them again without hesitation

They called prior to arrival to let me know what time they would be at my house. They arrived introduced themselves and surveyed the material that needed to be hauled off. Got their truck in position and proceeded to load the junk and then when completed let me know and we surveyed the area to ensure all was ready to be hauled off. Very friendly and professional.

They came on time and did what I needed them to do and left.

It was for the $99 coupon. It was good. They were nice guys, they were quick, they showed up on time when they said they would, and it was very easy.

A very nice man called about 20 minutes out to let me know he was on his way, and called again when he arrived. He and his assistant took away several items that I was physically unable to dispose of on my own. Very polite, very efficient. Only glitch was that the rep who made my appointment neglected to tell me that the Angie price charged to my credit card did not include sales tax. The driver explained this and I paid him the tax. Will call Junk King again if needed.

Our house is on the market and we needed to get rid of the junk in our garage as well as a few items on the patio. The 2 men were polite and professional. An estimate was given prior to loading the truck and once I approved the price the work was done quickly and neatly. I will use them again!!!

I called to make an appointment and was given a 2 hour window for when they would arrive and that they would call before coming. On the day of the appointment, they called to see if they could come by earlier than scheduled because the previous appointment did not take as long as planned. When they arrived I showed them what I wanted done and they completed the job with no problems. They were very courteous and professional. I definitely would use them again.

I called on a Friday and was able to schedule with Junk King for the next day, a Saturday. The two guys arrived on time and were very professional, as well as able to handle my couch and other things very easily (I told them I'd love to be half as strong as they are). They cleared the items I'd set aside for them in minutes. After they left, I swept and organized the garage, and everyone who's seen it has commented on how good it looks. This was a great Angie's List Big Deal and probably the best money I spent over the holidays. I would definately use Junk King again.

They were good - they did what they were supposed to do. They came and picked up what they needed to pick up (inaudible 13:34.4). They took it and hauled it off. They came when they said they were going to come.

I had a scheduled appointment with them this morning and I asked them to ring door once they got here and I would unlock the door for them. They ended up coming to my home this morning but did not ring the doorbell; therefore I did not know they were here. They ended up leaving paperwork and leaving my home without completing the services.

I called to make an appointment for the service and the representative said Junk King did not service my area. She told me she would have to check and call me back. She called me about 30 minutes later and confirmed that they did service my area and set up an appointment for me. She then called me back again asking for more details on what I needed removed. Once I got through the bumps of the reservation process everything else went very smoothly. The driver called to let me know when they were leaving the warehouse and when they estimated that they would arrive. They were right on time and came at the exact time I had reserved. They put on shoe covers when they came in the house which I really appreciated as I just had the carpets cleaned. They were very quick in removing a large TV, mattress, office chair and other miscellaneous items. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again when I have large items I need hauled away.
