Everything was great with the exception of the drywall repair, think that she used too much of something as it was very wet and ended up with a dent - the company offered for someone to return to repair but I wasn't certain if it was from the work done or my granddaughters curiosity touch. I will use these people again. They were timely and responsive to my needs.

Completed the job satisfactorily and in a reasonable amount of time.

My husband and I needed several things done around the house before putting our house on the market including grading our yard drain, caulking, painting, and resealing two showers. John and his crew did an excellent job. Mikey and Wes both paid a great deal of attention to their work, making sure the result looked as clean and professional as possible. John also came by and did the initial walkthrough with the crew and came back to ensure the work was done correctly. We could not be happier with their work and highly recommend them.

I'd give them a thumbs up and I'll have them back. One of my problems turned out to be a racoon and since they are not equipped to deal with racoons I won't hold it against them. They were reasonable and they made me some quotes that was reasonable. I have a wide diversity of jobs I need them to do so I will have them out again. They presented themselves well and were well mannered.

John was on time to provide an estimate for the work to be completed. He was friendly, helpful and very professional as we discussed the work to be completed. The date and time was set to do the work. His crew ( Chad, Wes and Mark) arrived in a timely manner. John went over the work to be completed with Chad (site leader). The team went promptly to work on the repairs and painting. Chad, Wes and Mark are a very friendly group. They executed their respective tasks in a very coordinated and professional manner and did a great job. My wife and I are well pleased with the results and definitely will contact John for any future needs.

We needed several little things done around the house. John came to give me a bid on replacing a light fixture outside the garage, repairing a light fixture in the house, repairing a commode that had a drip problem, repairing a "box" bed that had come apart at the headboard from the side boards, and replacing and painting the wood inside and out in our atrium. Chad was sent for the initial repairs and then returned another day with Mikey to do the woodwork around the atrium. After the wood was repaired, Kenny came to paint. The jobs were all completed in the time frame expected and every person was professional and polite. They were all punctual and the cleanups for each job were perfect. I am so thankful for Angie's list and the access to John and will definitely call him for any repairs or paint jobs I need in the future. The wood work and the painting are meticulous. I am totally happy. John and his crew are a pleasure to work with

The projects went very well. My electrical throughout the house is finally all working properly,my new fixtures are up, the fountain no longer leaks, and all my large paintings are level and hanging. John and his crew are a pleasure to work with and a team that I know will do the job right.

Was quoted estimates for three different jobs, all reasonable and some lower than anybody else

John is excellent! My wife & I bought a fixer upper house and I can only do so much. John came to my rescue in April on some plumbing and I have hired John twice since then to do some emergency roof work and also some repair of wooden siding on the detached garage. He is punctual, responsive, prices very fairly and has answered my calls even on a Sunday. Hire this man!

They were amazing. John, when he came to give me a bid, walked through the house, inside and out looking at my jobs knowing we wanted to sell. John spotted some rot on the exterior of our home that would FOR SURE been cited in the inspection and included those repairs in the bid. Kenny and Mikey spent three days here replacing wood where it needed it, repaired my drawer and primed and painted doors and door jams. They are amazing! Where the wood was replaced outside, the "seams" are seamless. The oil paint job was slick and clean. Kenny forgot one jam, I called John and Kenny was on the spot to paint....no hassles. John, Kenny and Mikey were all polite and worked hard.

Upon arrival he asked for a glass of water which I felt was inappropriate since he was there to give me an estimate. He quoted me at a very inflated price.

The work performed by John and his crew was excellent, on time and at a reasonable price. He and his team are very professional including, for example, courteous and flexible during their visit. I always tell John that I love my house and, each time he completes a visit, I love my house more. I expect to use John and his team again.

The two professionals who repaired my damaged kitchen were thoughtful and professional. They verified with me each time they needed to start on a new phase to insure it was what I wanted done. They cleaned up everyday and were polite and diligent in getting the job done right.

This is not really a "handyman" service but rather a professional services contractor. I was somewhat taken back by the price estimate, with a billing of $40 hr(2 x 40 = 80 for two men)plus material costs. But I needed the work done on my backyard fence and on my sprinkler system and I needed it done properly. The contractor's name was Shawn and he was accompanied by a helper. While the price was somewhat on the high end the work done, I thought, was excellent. Shawn even spotted additional work that was not part of the original estimate and did this without any additional charge. This is not really a day to day "handyman" service for those minor fixes one needs done around the house. But for more extensive work done on time and properly, I think they were very good.

Out of all the people we hired to do our complete remodel, John's crew came in and papered the floors and covered everything. They respected our property like it was a multi million home. They repaired and fabricated broken moulding, texture, holes, doors, etc.John worked around our schedule while we installed floors and things like that.Our paint did not turn out exactly like we invisioned. I didn't expect John to do anything but like he said during the estimate, I'll make it right. He did. Very professional company and would reccomend John without hesitation. I look forward to having John return for upcomming projects.

They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. They repaired one decks that I had built myself. I am very pleased with the results.

He is a nice guy but I would not recommend him. The work is good and satisfactory but their procedures are terrible. The professionalism is not there. I will not use them again. John, who runs the company, employs deceptive practices. I thought he was going to do the work but he brought a sub-contractor to do the work and John left the premises. The sub-contractors were constantly calling John to have him come back over here due to problems. It was not a great experience. He used different workers on different days and he did not keep his word to stay here on the job site; left to go other places. He messed up on repairing my door bell so I had to fix it myself. His pricing was moderate. If I had not been here to check on them about every hour the quality of the work would have been a lot worse; I had to direct them.

I found John's Handyman Service on Angie's List and he did a great job. Even though there were several things it did not take that long to do them so he charged me less than he quoted me by phone. He was very willing to schedule. He realized I lived in Houston and had a weird schedule and even offered to come on a Sunday which I told him was not necessary. He showed up on time.

I really liked them; they were timely and they did an excellent job. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do it in. I would highly recommend them.

He responded to my call same day. We met the next day and discussed work to be done. He emailed me pictures of cabinets at three different vendors that same day as ideas I could choose. I gave him a deadline because we had to move into the house. He did the work very well at a good price and on time. I will use him again. Very happy with the experience. My garage looks great.
