A week later I had a text that said see you tomorrow. Are you kidding me?? No call no nothing I'm just be here really? Too pricey but good reviews. Never called to set an appointment but instead least a worksheet rolled in my door handle which I thought was a ad and through I out.

Quoted price was better than other vendors I contacted. They had a cancellation and were therefore able to come out a week earlier than scheduled, which was a bonus. The work was performed efficiently, thoroughly and cleanly with a minimum of disruption.

They were good and highly recommended. They do not mark up materials at the end of the job.

John’s and his team have been a huge help for us! My husband is very handy himself and we’ve been remodeling our home mostly by ourselves but used John’s team to install the shower, which consisted of framing it out (pony wall, bench seat, shelves), then installed the pan liner and everything else I don’t know anything about but it looks beautiful and the guys were very efficient and so friendly! We will continue to use John for any remodel needs, he’s easy to work with, does awesome work for a great price.

We use John's Handyman Services a few times a year. Every person he sends our way does an excellent job. His employees are very well trained! I highly recommend this company.

I have used John's Service several times. It is one stop shopping. John and crew can do almost everything. Very reliable and pleasant and prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone needing handyman work.

John was very responsive when contacted about estimate. The guys he sent out were great and did an amazing job! I will definitely be doing business with him again.

The guys that came out did an exceptional job! Very professional and very nice! I love the work they did for me. Will definitely be hiring them again for any jobs I need done in the future! Very pleased!!!

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Contacted John about repairing some items around our new home that were identified as apart of our home inspection prior to buying (minor plumbing, dry wall repair, painting, etc.). We scheduled a day for him to come look at the house. He never showed. After calling him he told me he wrote my number down wrong and couldn’t call me to tell me he wouldn’t be able to make it due to a “gout flare up.” We rescheduled for two days later, and he agreed to meet me later in the day than he normally has appointments due to the missed appointment. That day arrived, I text him the morning of to confirm we were still on, he confirmed. I text him later to say I could meet earlier if needed, he said he coudn’t and to leave our appointment as is. The agreeded time came and went and he never showed up nor called. I finally called him and he told me he just realized he missed our apointment. The worst part was he kept making excuses vs just owning the mistake. Told him I couldn’t do business with someone this unprofessional and unreliable.

They showed up on time. Fixed the problem as diagnosed. My 80 year old father was thrilled with the effort and professionalism. I will hire them again. Paul

Upon his arrival, John's first words to my husband and me were how unhappy he was about the gate attendant (gated community) asking him for identification. When I responded that it was for the safety of the residents he stated "this is not going to work" and left. We had used him in the past and were pleased with his work and attitude at the time and are certainly disappointed at this development.

Overall great, very pleased. Sent John a message via Angie's List on March 14th and rec'd a very timely response. He asked for pictures of the concrete slab and area to be worked on and provided a quote immediately. Work was scheduled March 23rd @ 9 am. Chris showed up timely and got to work right away. The job took about 3 hours which is what John originally estimated. I was pleased with the finished product, John did a nice job including cleaning up the area before departing.

Had them back out again - see review from 2/28/2018 - They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner and the price was what I was quoted (and reasonable). West was Awesome! He worked very quietly and proficiently knowing that teams were having to complete work in the same space. I highly recommend them!

They were on time, professional, and did absolutely quality work. Westly and Mickey went above and beyond with their work and the clean-up. These two were awesome! Because of them, we will use John's Handman Services again!

John the Handyman and his workers are THE BEST! From John's visit for a bid estimate to Wes, Mike, and Chris's final cleanup, these men are professionals through and through. Their high rating with Angie's list is well-deserved. John walked through the house with me to see everything that needed to be done, then gave me a very reasonable bid estimate...even a bit less than I'd anticipated. He advised me when his next available dates were & scheduled to my convenience. When Wes, Mike, and Chris arrived, they split the tasks between them, coordinated with me to be sure they understood exactly what I wanted done, then immediately went to work. Each one of them was a careful and tireless worker. When needed, they worked together, and their skillful maneuvers were like watching a carefully choreographed dance! Wes discovered a problem in the bathroom--requiring a much larger fix than expected--but he thoroughly explained the situation and, with my go-ahead, jumped right in and also made arrangements to return the next day to finish. Mike completed some meticulous trim carpentry and his attention to detail really impressed me. He even corrected some shabby work from a previous handyman. The willingness of these men to go above and beyond says a lot about this company's dedication to customer service. I am ecstatic with the phenomenal job John and his workers did and I highly recommend them. In fact, I'm having them back to do some more work on my home, including another bathroom issue and some custom carpentry in my kitchen! If I have any other repairs or improvements in the future, I'll immediately pick up the phone and call John's Handyman Service!

Most work was OK, but did some damage on a door .Said they would fix it but didn't

Everything went well. The handyman was on time, polite, and did an excellent job. The estimate was accurate.

Needing some very quick repairs inside a 3 bedroom house, John's guys were able to show up on time and get the job done. He has an excellent crew who work hard, are super knowledgeable and I couldn't believe how well everything looks. Very affordable and honest too. I will be calling John in the future for more work. I found him here on Angie's List based on all the positive reviews.

We've used them on several projects here like back around the summer. They did what they said they would. The owner come out and met with us; gave us an estimate. We thought it was good. The workers were very good. Had no problem with them.

John came and did the estimation. He is very pleasant to work with. Got a very competitive quote. The actual services were performed a month later due to my own scheduling and some work was no longer needed. Wesley came and fixed the Electric and the gutter. Overall it was a good job.

Professional, courteous, responsive, fair pricing - all hard to find these days & greatly appreciated. Found exactly the shed that suited my situation at a good price. Demo'd & installed cleanly & well, paying attention to my wishes & needs. Came back promptly for a little tweaking. Very, very satisfied!!
