Description of Work: Came to our home. Showed their products. Well organized and open. |Waited for two days for a final quote on a specific product which did not come in time for me to make a decision on that product so I went to another vendor. It needs to be said that this quote was coming from an outside vendor from whom they would procure the product.

Description of Work: Installation of eighteen windows. It was a two day process as the crew is small, yet they did a great job. Took blinds down and rehung them when finished. Cleaned all the windows inside/out and cleaned up the inside/outside of house where working. The salesman was low pressure.

Description of Work: J&M did a great job from start to finish. They installed new triple-pane windows throughout our house ahead of schedule. The installation was flawless. The installers were very careful and communicated with us very well. We have recommended them to several neighbors, and will continue to do so.

We did not buy their windows only because we found double hung for about same price. It was a difficult decision because they appear to have quality products
