Description of Work: Raised canopy of live oak, cut back obnoxious trumpet vine. Ground up and hauled away refuse. They were very careful in the flower beds and did a wonderful job overall. I wanted them to give the crepe myrtles a good trim too but they advised me that it was not a good time of year for the crepes and could kill them. So they give good advice and know their trees. An arborist stopped by for a visit a few months later, and he told me the oak trim was an excellent job.

Description of Work: Cut down a very mature Live Oak, cut and stacked at curb, and did stump grinding. |They did a good job and cleaned up their area of work.

Description of Work: The original estimate was for $750, and we discussed what would be done for that amount when Isaac came out to do the estimate. Then on the day of the trimming, he called saying that they needed another $250 to trim a branch that he had missed on the original estimate. Both my husband and I remembered talking with him about that branch and said it was definitely included in the estimate. We felt like he should have taken notes about exactly what was to be done. It seemed like an effort to rip us off, even if it was an absolutely honest error. It was disconcerting and left us feeling unsure about whether we trusted them.
