Green Pine Tree Service

They're really good, very professional, on time, they cleaned up the area and they take up all the branches and took all with them. They go above and beyond with the scope of work and I'm really really happy with their service.

Used these guys to remove and grind a palm tree which died in the freeze. The job was completed, but during the process they cut a water line to a sprinkler zone. Now they won't send someone to investigate and repair their mistake. I would not use these guys in the future, especially if there is an issue they will not follow up and correct the problem

The process was very easy. The guys were extremely professional and gave me a very fair quote. Work was done promptly and they left no mess. Very well done.

I understand that companies have to go door to door to try to generate new business. But when a homeowner posts a No Soliciting sign on their front door, it is against the law as well as disrespectful to approach that door for the purpose of selling. Today, they left a business card next to my No Soliciting sign (see photo).

I got a bid from them on February 18th and they showed up first thing in the morning on February 19th. They started taking the tree down at 9am, left for lunch at 12pm, came back at 1pm and were done cleaning up at 2:15pm. Very fast and efficient at taking down a 50 foot red oak tree with no damage to my property. The guys were nice, the price COULD NOT be beat (other services were trying to charge double). I will definitely use them again to take care of the other trees on my property!! Money well spent!!

All went well as discussed. I liked that Paoblo drew a rough diagram of the house and yard and marked trees that needed to be cut.

When I called, the company came and gave me an estimate the same day. The estimate was less than an estimate from another company which was not even bonded and insured. I liked that Green Pine Tree Service is bonded and insured. The work was scheduled for the next day. Employees arrived on time in a nice big classy specialty truck and were very professional. They did their work efficiently and asked me when they had any questions, for example, how far back did I really want that wisteria trimmed. The work created a lot of debris, which they ground up and spat into their big (covered/enclosed) truck. They even raked the yard and flowerbeds so everything was company-ready. By the way, they were also very careful not to damage anything in the flowerbeds. I highly recommend Green Pine Tree Service.

Pablo came the day I called and estimated what I felt was a fair price based on other estimates I received. What stood him apart was his "can do" attitude about specific problems I needed solved, his overall professional presentation, and I didn't have the need to bargain as his first estimate was reasonable for the work. He said he could start the work that afternoon and finish it the next day which is what happened. I am happy with the final result and I would use them again. It's always good to watch what being done and feel inclined to include on this review. I have plants planted next to the street and the crew didn't "notice" them until I asked them not to step on them and pile their tools on top of them. I did remove the bark chips from where the golden raintree had been to check the stump grinding depth and it was still close to the surface, but when Pablo came to check on his crew's progress and I showed it to him, he got his crew to grind it deeper without hesitation. They didn't have the tool to drill the holes in the hackberry trunk and planned to come back the next day to finish but when I offered our drill for their use, they got the job done. The clean up wasn't spotless but it was satisfactory. Overall, I appreciated their work and I recommended them to another family member.

I got the boss on my first call, and he was at my house within 2 hours for a free consultation. He was thorough and a honest. I asked if he thought I should completely remove one tree that has dropped several large branches on my driveway. He gave me the price for removing it and for trimming it and recommended just trimming it an thinning it out, even though he could have charged 800 dollars more to remove it. He then agreed to my request to strategically cut it to reduce the amount of branches over the driveway/walkway and then even out the rest of the tree accordingly. We agreed to a very fair price. His crew showed up on time two days later and, though he was not there at first, they knew exactly what they were supposed to do. They were very thorough and took their time to get it all done right. They did a very thorough job. They did not damage anything on my property, and they left no mess whatsoever. It's been a week and a half and no small branches or anything have fallen off any of the four trees since they left. This company is far better than the company I used before them. I highly recommend them.

Called Green Pine on a Tuesday morning and to my surprise got an appointment the same afternoon. They were very professional and were willing to ensure I was pleased with the service. A neighbor was complimentary on final pruned tree.

Green Pine Tree Service gave me an estimate but I didn't choose them to do the work. They were extremely inexpensive but they convinced me they didn't know what they were doing. Because the tree was close to my house and I was asking about trying to save the tree and they didn't have a clue about what I was talking about. They were just going to chop down the tree at the ground and leave it, as just a cheap way to get rid of the tree. I chose a different company, even though the company I chose charged me a few hundred dollars more. The company we went with actually knows trees and knew how to do it to make sure it wouldn't touch our house. Green Pine couldn't even tell what kind of tree it was. He asked me what kind of tree it was.

All work was timely and professional. I am very satisfied with this contractor and will use him again.

Juan Pablo is very customer-service oriented. He gave us a fair quote and the crew showed up early and worked until finished. They actually did more than requested by cleaning up some dangling branches from a neighbor's trees that were threatening our property. Juan Pablo was here himself when I came home to check on their progress. This is a skilled, professional crew of workers.

Wow-after the latest ice storm, we decided we MUST trim our trees. We called Pablo, the owner, and he immediately came to our house for an estimate. Because he had trimmed a good friend's trees, we decided to go with him over the other bidders. Boy, are we HAPPY! Not only were they on time EVERY day (we have a dozen trees), they did an absolutely PERFECT job. PERFECT. I'm kinda freaky about my trees, and was so worried they'd go overboard, but as I said, they did it just right. Every single tree is manicured in such an expert way-all the way to the canopies of the trees. We had a lot of those 'extra' limbs that needed to go, and they took all those out. In addition, they trimmed them just right to allow some sun through to let the grass grow. They took ALL the limbs and crumbs away and cleaned up the yard perfectly. I really can't say enough good things, and did I mention they beat all the other's prices? Even the door-to-door guys with paper fliers.Very professional-has insurance. Pablo mentioned his Dad got him started in the business, so he has a lot of experience.

It was a very pleasant experience. They worked hard even in the rain and cleaned up very well. They cut down a huge cedar tree that was close to power lines.Did a lot of trimming of other trees.

Green Pine is the best yard/tree/lawn/landscape service I have found in Dallas. Pablo is great. He speaks very good english, is honest, gives good estimates, and is willing to negotiate. His guys do very high quality work and always clean up thoroughly afterward. My yard looks great and I have saved plenty of money thanks to Green Pine. They are also bonded and insured.
