The gentleman was very polite and professional, they completed the work quickly and my floors are beautiful - they also recommended ways of taking care of the for the prevent any scarring and to keep the floors looking new. Everything about their service was fantastic!! From the sales person to the gentleman who installed our wood flooring. Very professional, considerate, and clean.

The two gentlemen who actually did the work were awesome; they were on time, and professional. The front office on the other hand is a total train wreck - poor communication skills, not been honest with the information that's given to you, doesn't mind wasting your time. Because of that I give them a rating of 3 stars. As I stated before the workman ship was great and the tile installation was not a letdown.

Did not finish in the time frame that we agreed on. They knew when I had to be in my house and I guess didn't care. Because of something they found they had to put a Red Guard on the floor and told me I would not have a warranty because of it. I have talked to a few people who have told me that there is nothing wrong with it and it should not have any effect on my warranty. I talked to someone in the office who said she would get with me and get it straightened out. Never heard from them again. The installers were great, they did and incredible job. Would never do business with this company again.

Very nicce work. Friendly installers. Very careful. Cleaned up area. Very happy with product and service. Would use them again.
