My installers were very professional and tidy. It was great to know theyâ d clean up the work site every day. The floors look amazing and they were very careful with the furniture when they moved it. I highly recommend!

Sales person Steve was amazing. Knew his product and made great suggestions. Karen in Customer Service was great. There were a few snafus with scheduling but she got them all worked out. Installers were great. Arrived a few hours late but completed the job on time and perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

The entire process was great. From the initial bid to the final install, the team was alway on time and kept me informed along the way. We had a few delays due to issues on my end and they worked with me without question to push out the install date. All in all one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had.

They did a fine job. The price was reasonable. Our floor looks good.

Their work exceeded my expectations. My current flooring had to be repaired or coated to put in the new flooring. It ended up needing a special coating and not just a paper layer underneath the new flooring which was discovered as they removed old carpeting. Other contractors mentioned only paper layer needed. It would have ruined my new floor once used if this had not been done properly but they were prepared for any condition of the floor.

Good value and price. Good selection and easy scheduling. Install required repairs after 2 weeks of installation. Some minor issues with the replacement of furniture.

Flooring direct installers did not do a good job. Looks like the company engaged inexperienced subcontractors to do the work without proper supervision. They are trying to fix it and I am waiting. Will update you after they fix it.

My fault I picked wrong color thought it had more brown then grey

We like our new floors.

They did not meet their delivery time. The install was supposed to take one day but they said it might bleed into the send day. On the second day only two guys showed up and one guy left early and it took them all day to finish. The seems werenâ t perfect and you could tell where the seems weâ re on the carpet. No body from the office came to check to see if it was correctly. I only got this follow up text to review flooring direct.

Flooring install was great. I used them twice. Second install wasn’t as good of quality, you can feel the floor move a little in some soft spots like the floor isn’t completely level. But over all good job.

The installers did a wonderful job- I'm so happy with the work they did..and the professionalism ..my home look beautiful
