The good: decent pricing and excellent installers. They were able to accommodate our timeline. The bad: our sales person did not really listen to what we wanted and verbally quoted one price but increased it when it came to signing. Claimed he could get the material we wanted in a different color and that was not true at all. We really did not get what we wanted because the sample sizes they bring are too small to get a good representation. This was for a rental so it was not tragic but I would not have done this with a home I live in. The worst: customer service-because of the good pricing we tried to get a quote for a different property. We have selected materials already and just trying to compare prices. We made a trip to the showroom, and they promised to send a quote which they did not do. I called today and talked to a very rude person who said if they had not been to the property they would not quote, but that is not what we were told in person. So we will go with another company. Would not recommend.

Save your time and money, maybe management changed because there was non involved in this situation. Quote, install hour late to no carpet available to finding out carpet is available for another business where we did do business (eventually) to the $1.50 less a sq for quote carpet for the same price and finally to where is my refund it has been 6 days.

They were clean, fast, and very efficient.

After initially contacting flooring direct online, Hiro G. came to my home on a Saturday to take measurements he also brought samples for me to view. My master bathroom is where I started as its a smaller area and wanted to get a feel and see how well the install would go. Both the master bath room and kitchen had peel /stick and vinyl on the floors. The bathroom was priority one as the floors never looked cleaned no matter how hard I tried. Karen called a few days later once the materials were in. I had to wait a month due to coworkers taking time off before I could schedule my install appointment . Today 3/25/19 the wait was over Vicente and his partner arrived. Inside and outside looked like a construction zone. I didn't lift a finger the guys cleaned inside and outside of my home leaving it in the condition it was found. I am so happy and proud of how the job turned out. ð ð ð . I pray that I am able to take of the kitchen flooring before the tile I haven chosen for this area is discontinued . A+ service thanks Flooring direct

Thorough folks, these guys. It's not the easiest project to floor a high rise unit due to particular needs of material and logistics, but these guys pulled it through. They made all standards and building's requirements. The sales associate, Hiro Goromaru truly went above and beyond for he worked to ensure this job was completed while HE was on vacation. I truly appreciated that.

They replaced the porcelain tile in our sun room. They arrived on time, with the correct material. They did an excellent of laying and grouting our tile. They left the room spotless. We are very happy.

They replaced the carpet for most parts in the house. They also provided correct advice about not laying tile until the foundation had a chance to settle after foundation repair work. The carpet options the provided were good. They did use some sales techniques like saying a particular offer is about to expire, so we need to jump on it etc, but all-in-all, a good experience with them. I recommend them.

My entire floor in the kitchen had to be replaced. He knew exactly what to do and he did an great job. My floor looks so pretty!

They actually called me and followed up...the other companies never called. As a consumer I will net chase the supplier when I provide a free lead. That’s is why they got the job. Not only that but they showed up and did the work when they were supposed to. Pleased with the end result.

Family owned business (father and daughter team) with a honest, hard working Christian work ethics. I had wood flooring throughout my house that I wanted to match in a bedroom that had been previously had carpet. Jacob and Lauren made it happen- from the wood materials to the staining process. Jacob came out to watch the installation and the floors match perfectly with the previously installed flooring 12 years later. I am very pleased and I would not have had the work done if I did not believe that I had hired the best company around for flooring.
