Good things - installers great guys and did a great job. Communicated well on plan and daily progress. The materials used are quality and I am very happy with the finished product. Bad things - not very good communication from the company. Slow to respond. Did not charge my cards, as I asked (this put me in a bad situation running by debit card twice, cleaning out my checking and savings accounts). Sold me a size baseboard they did not carry and sent over a smaller size without of telling me. Told me the job would take half the time it really did (2 -3 days but ended up being 5 long days). I just felt like once they had the sale, I did not really matter, I would just take whatever they dished out.

This company not only gave me the best price, but did the job in the time I needed them to. It was done perfectly by two guys that took pride in their work and cleaned up after the job. I was very pleased.

Terrible. Bad customer service. They send a boy and a girl that look like teens or on their early twenties to do the job. They arrived a couple hours later that the time window. Once here they did not know our subfloor had water damage which was the cause in the first place to have the floor redone. Delay after delay, it seems like they rushed the work and in the end it did not look that great, especially the grout, it looks weird, Never again. Bad job, Home advisor! The good: decent pricing and excellent installers. They were able to accommodate our timeline. The bad: our sales person did not really listen to what we wanted and verbally quoted one price but increased it when it came to signing. Claimed he could get the material we wanted in a different color and that was not true at all. We really did not get what we wanted because the sample sizes they bring are too small to get a good representation. This was for a rental so it was not tragic but I would not have done this with a home I live in. The worst: customer service-because of the good pricing we tried to get a quote for a different property. We have selected materials already and just trying to compare prices. We made a trip to the showroom, and they promised to send a quote which they did not do. I called today and talked to a very rude person who said if they had not been to the property they would not quote, but that is not what we were told in person. So we will go with another company. Would not recommend.
