Took much longer than estimated but ultimately was able to get the carpet replaced.

The whole experience was professional and they took such care at choosing the perfect floor. Once the floor was picked out, the crew that installed it were professional and incredibly nice. You could tell they took pride in their work. The asked me upstairs to see their work when they started it and you could just see the happiness on their faces when I told them I loved it. It was the perfect floor for my craft room and I have already recommended them to my friends. It couldnâ t have been a better experience.

Matt, the service rep, was professional. He explained the product and process very well. He presented a caring and personal touch with the presentation. Joe R. and his crew did an excellent job with moving and replacing our furniture and installing the flooring. He explained each step in the process before beginning the step. The team was careful and caring with our home.

We had a mistake in the measurements, but the correction went very well. The customer service was excellent.

The supervisor that came to the home was honest with the time it was going to take to complete the job. I was quoted two days, but it took three. However, knowing ahead of time allowed for me to schedule my week correctly. Very thankful they were straight with me on the timing.

GOOD WORK

Though I had to reschedule twice because of personal issues, Flooring Direct worked with me to get my fabulous new floors installed and I love them!

Be patient. Securing product and scheduling installs are a tricky balancing act to coordinate.
