We had quite a few broken items in our move. The cost was way higher than the estimator quoted.

The move went smoothly, but took much longer than anticipated, thus drastically increasing the overall cost. I'm sure exactly why this house move took longer, as my prior move several years ago was from a much further distance, and took 2 hours less than this move. Overall, the move went ok. But moving is expensive, so any additional/unexpected cost is never a good thing.

WORST EVER. Do not use.Tried to take off with our household goods by closing the trailer door and saying that they were going to take it back to Carrolton until they got more money. NEVER EVER LET SOMEONE GIVE YOU A QUOTE OVER THE P HONE WITHOUT THEM ACTUALLY SEEING WHAT YOU HAVE. PLUS WE WERE MOVING LESS THAN TWO MILES FROM THE OLD HOUSE. Then to tell us that they wanted CASH OR A CREDIT CARD (AS IT WAS DARK BY NOW AND THE BANK WAS CLOSED. I had to call my elderly parents to let me use their credit card. Plus they charged us the merchant fee. Our bill was supposed to be around 900 not 1600

Of course on moving day nothing ever runs perfectly smooth, but despite any questions or "hiccups" that came up, the Element office staff was easy to reach, responsive, and extremely helpful. I am very happy with the service they provided: accurate on-site estimate, availability, price/matching or beating, efficiency, timeliness, and professionalism from office to site staff. I highly recommend them.
