Everything was done very quickly and professionally. Would hire again if needed.

They were on time, very thorough and easy going to work with.

While the team in the sales and coordination office were nice and professional. I also paid for the "white glove" service. Unfortunately, that's were the problem lay. My computer equipment was improperly packed, causing damage. I also had several items come up missing (Imagine my surprise when my things arrived, I start unpacking and was like "WTF?!?!"). Long story short, if you DO decide to hire this company, pack your own things even if you pay for the "Full value" insurance, it won't be worth it.

Great company. They also allowed me to donate my barely used furniture to them for other charities

The least stressful, most efficient, cost-effective move ever and I have moved 6 times in the last 12 years. The best customer service and the first time nothing was broken during a move. The crew was so professional, punctual, and polite. From the move coordinator, to the on-site estimator, to the moving crew, this company is top-notch.

Element has some of the best customer service Iâ ve seen, before during and after the moving was complete.y items are currently in storage, and I havenâ t had them re-deliver to my new address, but Iâ m totally satisfied as of today.

Communication was great. They called when they were 30 minutes away and again, at my request, when they were 5 minutes away. They handled all the glass and fragile items with excellent care.

Very professional, kind, patient and understanding. We didn't make it easy, but they were champs. You have a great team working for you, and would gladly refer you! Best moving experience ever!

There were three movers, and they came to work. I noticed them previously during a move; was impressed then and now. Once they arrived, while I was discussing moving details w the lead mover, the other two were moving my belongings onto the truck. I've moved many times, and will move again until getting back to home ownership. Element will be my first call when I move from current location.

The Element Team was excellent. They handled our furniture with care, moved quickly but carefully, and made sure we were satisfied with everything before leaving. Additionally, they went above and beyond to move some very large pieces that we feared would not fit into our new house. We are incredibly grateful for Element and look forward to using them again when we move.

Holy cow!! If I could give 12 stars I would. This crew was so flexible with my office move. They were professional, safe, courteous, knowledgeable and just fantastic. I'm going to hold on to their contact for any future move.
