This is the worst move I have ever experienced and have moved quite a few times across the company. They packed art for me and it came broken and ruined. They insisted on soft-crating my antiques and then lost the hardware to put it back together. I asked about insurance and got the same reply every time... it was my decision, but they had very little claims. I definitely recommend that you find someone else to move you.

Very professional and helpful

Overall they did a good job, there were a few broken items and dings or scrapes but I guess its what you expect with moving, the two guys tried to do a good job and were very courteous.

These guys are fast, efficient and courteous. Took great care of all my belongings. Would recommend them to anyone needing moving services!

Customer service was great. Guys had me moved within 5 hours. Only complaint is that I had 2 container lids crack.

Was told diferent stories from diferent people. They said they would look into the price changing and call me back but never did. Overall I will not recomend them to others.

From the first phone call to the last unloaded item. From Texas to Florida, service was perfect. Many phone calls were answered immediately. All questions were answered with patience and understanding. Moving is stressful enough, but these guys relieved most of that stress! Thank you!!!!

The lack of communication with this company was continually frustrating. When the packers showed up I was asked for a bank money order but no one had let me know that ahead of time. The packing process was uneven- shoes just thrown in a box with my expensive hats on top and then heavy clothes on top, wrecking the shape of my hats. Some boxes were well packed and things were left behind. I should have tried to oversee the packing better. I have not used packers / movers before so maybe my experience was typical - I don’t know.

They were fast and moved our stuff with care. Would hire again.

These folks do a fantastic job and are a great value for the money. I could barely keep up with how fast they moved my stuff from my home to a storage facility. Very friendly and toile the time to make sure all my items were where I wanted them.

Instructions were given clearly in English and Spanish. Boxes were clearly marked. Boxes for upstairs were left downstairs. My husband can't carry them upstairs because of knee surgery. I am 100 pounds...so I carried everything piece by piece up the stairs. It took days and days because I also work full time AND part time. No thanks. I did the review on the company's text they sent and they didn't even respond.

The three movers were professional, efficient, personable & extremely careful with my delicate possessions. I have moved 4 times in the past years using other companies and these 3 movers beat all others by 200%, They packed quickly AND carefully!
