Worse moving company that I have dealt with out of the several moves that I have done in the past 5 years. Everything is contracted out so they have no real control. Never ship with a company that combines your order with a national shipper. Missed both dates provided to me. Belongings arrived a week after I did, and it took be two days to get back. About 7 hours to pack and load a two bedroom apartment with 3 people that took 2 to do in a few hours and had my items in 2 days. Cost me double to ship back to NC than it cost to ship down to Texas. It was no lie a total nightmare.

Scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Did not show up til 5:30 pm. Very stressful. Did a good job once they got started and made quick work of te move.

Element Moving moved our furniture from our home into storage, where it remained for approximately five months, and, then, into our new residence. They were timely, professional, careful with furniture, and assistive in properly placing furniture. Highly recommend.

I hired Element Moving and Storage to conduct a complete pack and move of my household goods. I couldn't be happier with the overall service and customer service. They showed up on time, took care of my belongings, and were very courteous.

We had a very good experience with these movers. We would hire them again.

My only complaint would be that they ended up bringing more men than they had originally quoted me, so my rate per hour ended up being higher than what I was told. If I had asked them to do this it wouldn't have been an issue, but they just showed up with an extra man. Everything else about the move went smoothly and was great. They took very good care of all of my items!

The third party claim company is very slow. They are 2 months behind in claim review.

I carefully planned the move to make it easier for all involved. We had to pick up at a storage building as well as my home in Texas. We moved to central Oklahoma. The guys followed my instructions and made the move organized and much more easily offloaded. Would use them again if we ever move again.

The reason I picked Element over the other five movers we interviewed was their attention to detail. They gave an accurate quote. As with any move, the unexpected happens. However, unlike other quotes I received, Element let you know exactly how they would calculate extra costs down to the materials used. This was a perfect move, not because nothing went wrong, but because when a couple of problems came up, they were able to solve the problem.

That sent me a quote with a max of 8 hrs. but both the sale rep and rep that came out thought it could be done it 6 to 7 hrs. Turns out it took 9 hrs way over the cost I had budgeted. It took the movers an hr to show up 3 1/2 miles down the road, apparently they decided to take a break, but they did take 30 min off my bill (wow thank you) We moved all of our closets, electronics and breakables and it still took 9 hrs. Quality of work, yeah pretty good. Price of service, not so much

Totally professional moving company, pleasant and efficient crew, and took great care to move our belongings safely and carefully to our new residence. Highly recommend the Element Moving Team!

This company was recommended by a friend and unfortunately we were severely disappointed. A move for a 4 bed/4 bath home took over 13 hours that resulted with a broken refrigerator, ripped paintings and damage to four tables that can't be repaired. The movers left around 1030pm without completing the job we paid twice what we were quoted on the estimate. While we understand there are unpredictable variables with every move there were no complications we were made aware of during the move and our total distance between homes was 2 miles. My wife and I could not advise more strongly to look elsewhere for moving services as this company is not responding to our claims for the damaged and ripped pieces of our belongings that took place during the move. This is an unfortunate and disappointing situation.

Kyle was awesome to work with my erratic moving schedule. They wrapped and packed everything perfect. I only had three things broken in their move. It was a huge move. They do what they say a couple are on time and very efficient.

Best moving company I have ever worked with! They were extremely careful and gentle with our belongings and our new house. Not a single scratch, dent, or ding to any walls or floors and our stuff was packed and delivered with the utmost care. They literally stopped to say a prayer prior to moving our 100 year old piano, but they pulled it off without a hitch! They are great! You won't be regretting hiring them.

Kyle was awesome with explaining and getting me setup w/ a move on short notice. I would recommend him to anyone.

Element Moving is the very worst moving company. They lost several thousands of dollars' worth of our china. They delivered goods to our home that did not belong to us. They refused to give us an alternative ship date and forced us into an unreasonable delivery date by threatening to place our household goods in a storage facility at our cost, which would have voided our separately-purchased insurance policy. They broke many items in the ship process and poorly packed our goods, using our own clothing as the protective wrap on our porcelain. They refused to complete our move or carry our belongings the 100 feet required in contract.

I have moved a lot in my life time, and I've never had a moving company like them. I'm going to be using them for the third time now. No problems or complaints. I've also recommended them to others.

Element Moving and Storage is a high-integrity company in a difficult business environment. I have used their moving services multiple times and continue to refer them to anyone I hear of needing moving and storage services. They set realistic expectations as to bids, even though many other companies low-ball quotes and then give you excuses as to why it didn't work out. The movers are courteous and professional, moving at a fast pace while still taking time to minimize any potential damage. They have regular crews, so I have gotten to know several of their workers based on multiple moves for me and my clients. The fact that they have long-time movers is reassuring as it means that they also take care of their people and they have trusted employees.
