Description of Work: Painted living room with 20 foot ceiling and kitchen.

Description of Work: The project was to paint the exterior of my home. I had Dan out as one of three bids I got. His was the highest of the three and I liked the other two proposals better and ultimately went went with another company. Nice contact on the phone and he came out to look at my house while I was gone so we didn't meet face to face.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the professionalism of Dan Keenan Paint Co. I had them do some interior painting in a living room and hallway and was very pleased with the results. They were punctual, diligent in working and made every effort to protect the flooring from paint spills, drips, etc. Supervision was consistent and had a great attention to detail.

Description of Work: Painting Great job of painting from beginning to end. Were very thorough. Made a mistake on day, painting the ceiling the wrong color, but took care of it quickly, & did a great job after that one correctable mistake. Liked the way they handled the trim & detail work. They were always on time. I would hire them again. Also remember receiving all the details in writing before the work was started.

Description of Work: Got an estimate for painting the interior of my house. Very professional. I wound up using another firm due to a small difference in price, but I would not hesitate to have Dan Keenan Paint Co do work for me.

Description of Work: They were World Class. Honest - everyone was dependable and on time. They were efficient and did not waste any time. We had the whole interior of a 7000 sq. ft. House painted. Once they did the upstairs my husband and I decided to change our minds about the down stairs colors. They were very nice about painting new samples for us to study. They then found other work for the painters while we took several days to decide. Richard has been in touch with us every day and comes and checks on things several times a day. We have 3 dogs and they were careful to never let them out. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. If I had known it was going to be this easy and had known about Richard and Dan Keenan Paint sooner, then I would have the work done sooner. Richard is one of the best contractors we have ever had.

Description of Work: One bathroom was painted after other contractor finished tiling/remodel. A second bathroom had the walls replastered and then painted. Additional work to repair/paint ceilings was also included. This is the second time I have used this company - they are prompt and clean up when finished.
