Excellent! I needed a few interior touchups and he was right on it. Our HOA hired him for exterior painting and did an excellent job. Great communication throughout the project.

The company did a fantastic job. They moved and covered the furniture, covered the floors with paper, and cleaned up every night so that we could live in the house during the work. All of the drywall patching was excellent - cannot tell there were ever holes or cracks. The final results are beautiful. I feel like I have a new house! I highly recommend the company.

Dan Keenan's manager Richard and his crew did an excellent job - very clean, professional, friendly and thorough!! They painted swatches for me to approve, added a bit more to the project at my request with a very fair additional charge, showed up on time and completed the project within the exact timeframe quoted, even with the additional bit of work I requested. There was only one spot which needed to be touched up, and they completed that within one day after job completion. I had absolutely no concerns or complaints about their work or work team. Great job, and thank you for being so easy to work with!!

Dan Keenan Painting did an amazing job. My husband and I work full-time so it was important that they showed up on time which they did every day. They matched paint colors perfectly. They cleaned up every day and finished the job when they said they would.

I will never use another company for drywall/interior paint. These guys were perfect. They showed up on time every day, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and their work was excellent. After having so many bad experiences with contractors this was more than a pleasant surprise and I will recommend them to anybody I know.

It went great. The work quality is excellent. It was a lot of work but the painters were really quick. I would hire Keenan Paint again. I'm very, very happy with the outcome.

Dan was great from the get go. Showed up a day after I emailed him, gave me a fair quote and was under the other bid I received from a company I had used before. Did the job well and on time. He even had his crew stuff in some insulation which wasn't a part of the job and that was appreciated and above and beyond. Would definitely hire again.

Response to my request was timely and they were able to accommodate my schedule. The painters covered my flooring and furniture well. They completed the service in one day and the color lines and coverage was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his assessment of our needs. His crew was very diligent in making sure that our property was protected while on the job and very conscientious in their work and did a fantastic job in all aspects of the project. I had used Dan before and will continue to use his company for all of my painting and staining needs for both interior and exterior projects.

Based on reviews on this forum, I scheduled Dan to come over to give me estimates for interior and exterior painting including cabinetry . The appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM on Monday 2/19. Dan was in the area and asked if he could come in earlier around Noon. I assenteed his request but told him that he may run into another vendor who was scheduled earlier At any rate Dan showed up and I reviewed the scope of the work. I sensed some reluctance or reticence during our interactions. And a few days later he called to inform that he has landed other projects and was too busy to take on more work. I asked him on how long was the wait. And he gave me some gobbledygook about being busy through June. Here we are in mid February and it bordered on incredulity I persisted and asked him when he will be able to give me a quote. And he said it would take him a week to give me a quote. And that was over a week ago In the meanwhile two others gave me quotes in a matter of days and were ready to start on the job I suspect Dan did not like the fact that he was dealing with a client who makes informed decisions based on 2-3 bids. I don’t want to read too much into his reticence but my experience oddly was very inconsistent with the high reviews he has earned on this site.

It went great! From start to finish they were easy to work with on the whole project, they were on time and did an excellent job for us.

I picked this company because of the great ratings and excellent reviews and must say that Dan and his crew certainly lived up to their reputation. Much of the time spent on the job was devoted to prepping the areas to be painted. While the house was still empty and they didn't have to deal with working around furniture, there are hard wood floors throughout the house and they ensured they cover them with paper and plastic before any painting was done. Once they got started painting they worked quickly and yet were meticulous about their quality control and cleaned up every day. They crews always arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the project. Dan showed up often (I think every day) to monitor progress and to smooth out whatever challenges presented themselves. They even went to extra trouble to fill in some gaps on the edge of the crown molding in the master bedroom and correct some problems of how it had been originally installed. This correction made them look much better than when we first bought the house. Because they'd done such a good work with the painting, there were only a few touchups that were required to be done on the final walk through. At the end of the project they cleaned up completely and hauled away all debris -- including the fabric and padding that we had them remove from one of the walls in the master bedroom. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family

I've been using them for years, I use them probably about every 2 months for my rental property.

They were professional. ?They cleaned up after themselves. They showed up on time. They were very competitive with their price. ?And very easy to work with. ?It took two days.

The work was done beautifully. Richard and his crew were professional, courteous, and meticulous in painting the exterior of my 2000 sq.ft. home and 600 sq.ft. back house in the M Streets. The bid was competitive and included power-washing the white brick of the main house and replacing rotted wood on both structures where needed. I highly recommend this company, and am planning to have Dan Keenan Painting also do interior painting.

The team led by Richard did an ex excellent job on all fronts. They were on time, the price was fair, everyone was polite and they finished on time. Its been a week since they have finished and I am happy with the work and pricing.

Excellent. The work was high quality at a very reasonable cost. They went above and beyond by talking me out of more expensive work because it was not necessary. Also, during the final walk through, Richard noticed a minor thing that was missed (that I never would've caught) and corrected it immediately. I will be using them for any additional paint jobs.

Richard and the guys were great. Terrific pricing, attention to details, fix any problems/concerns that do come up, and really try to be neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again later this year.
