We contacted five companies to give us estimates. We honestly thought we were going to hear the same thing. Julie came to our house and explained her company's process for installing piers. She was extremely straightforward and professional. We liked her knowledge and method for pier installation. The next week we contacted her to begin the work. Everything went well.

As a result of the inspection performed by Premier Foundation, no work was performed.

The overall process was seamless. I called on Tuesday for a Thursday appointment. The estimate was better than the others that I had gotten with a great explanation of the work that would need to be done. On Friday I called to have the work scheduled and on the following Monday the crew began. One week later the foreman and I met and I was shown the level of the house. Julie did a great job of explaining the process and the crew did great work

.They were very timely with their estimate and I am considering using them.

We hired this company after checking with two others. We chose to go with them because of the length of time in business. They started the job on the date promised but did not give us a finish date. The home was vacant when the job started. We had informed Julie of the date we were moving in. We were always left wondering what the next step would be and when the job was going to be completed. Julie was prompt in calling back whenever we called, but there was no coordination between the different contractors working. Unfortunately we had to move into a home full of dust and without any heat due to a gas line break. We were unable to live in the home for more than a week after moving our belongings in. Needless to say our experience was very traumatic.

The work was started and completed on schedule with no surprises. Cost was as estimated. Clean up was thorough and satisfactory. The crew was courteous and professional. The foreman was present for the final lifting and ensured that no damage to the tile flooring resulted due to the stress of lifting the house.

We had them come out to our home to determine if we needed foundation repairs. We had some doors that were not closing properly. After doing an assessment on the exterior and interior, Julie determined we did not need work at this time. She did tell us about a few small cracks to keep an eye on and also gave some reasons why we were having problems with our doors. She also advised on how much we should be watering our property to prevent future foundation issues. Julie was a bit late but called to alert me that she was on her way and to make sure I was still available to meet.

I felt that their price was a little high, but when I contacted them they were available. Their receptionist did a great job on following up, and they operated within a tight deadline. They had also had a quick turnaround time.

They were very professional, it is a family business owned by a husband and wife. They are very friendly and respectful. They provided a good estimate and warranty.

Scheduled my first appointment for an foundation estimate was on Saturday,Jan. 6,07 at 4 p.m. I became familiar through their website about the soil stabilization product offered I scheduled another appointment for another home for a soil stabilization estimate on Friday, Jan. 5 at 12 noon and canceled the January 6 appt. at 4:00 p.m. Needless to say no one showed up to the appointment on Jan. 5 at 12 noon. I called a total of 3 times and the third time someone picked up the phone. I informed Vickie that no one showed and I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Vickie stated she would call me back to find out if anyone could come to the appointment. She returned my phone call and yelled at me on the phone, ''Where are you?''. Needless to say she did not have the appt. on the books and told me to call her back to reschedule. I did not call her back. She called me back to reschedule 2 hours later and I stated I was not interested. I called the owner, Julie Goines, but no return call.
