+ -1 moreThey usually do a pretty good job. They are always here when they are supposed to be. They've never overbilled me. I have never had them to come back and fix anything. The price is horrible no matter who does it.

+ -1 moreIt turned out to be great. I like how they are professional clean cut when they came. They were honest. They kindly responded to our multiple questions. When there was an issue with the thermostat, they came back and fixed it. Even though it was not their fault, they came back which was nice. In the end, it turned out great. Everything they said happened. They are really good.
Description of Work: Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning did some service for me. They did a couple of things. They re-did a duct work in our AC unit and they inspected the AC unit. They came and installed a new thermostat for us because it required new wirings.

+ 0 moreThey're amazing. They have been helping me for the last seven years with my old, broken-down house and they're terrific. The cost of service varies. I have a service contract for air conditioning things. They are reliable and they have integrity. I've had air conditioning and plumbing people that have come out in the past, that no matter what the problem is, they always find some cheap fix. It's as though they're incentivized to find something wrong. That was Levy & Son when we used at our old house. Every single time they've come out, they find something wrong and it's always like a $50 or $100 thing. No matter who the technician is, it's as though they're incentivized to replace little parts. I've never had that problem with Dallas Plumbing, ever. They always figure it out and they only fix things when they are needed to be fixed.
Description of Work: They've worked on all plumbing and air conditioning issues. We have about eight or nine air conditioning units. We've had leaks and we've had sump pump put in the house. They're actually scheduled to come out on Tuesday for the air conditioning maintenance.

They don’t do bad work but I am not thrilled with their customer service. I purchase a package form them to get check-ups. They also put in a new filter.

They knew what they were talking about when they told me what they were doing. They were fine. I had no problems. The technicians were okay. They were not the best in the world but they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They get the product working for me and that was it. That’s all I wanted. They call me and let me know when they will be here. They showed up right on time but they were few minutes late.

Her name was Carmen and I can't say enough nice things about her because she helped me choose. I recommend them because they took care of me. + 0 moreIt worked out fine; they did a good job. They had to tear up my whole back yard and trench to run the new line because the old line had deteriorated. I got estimates from several other places and their price was reasonable. I had used Dallas Plumbing before in the past for much smaller jobs. I could tell they were professional and they included me in the process of finding what was going on. Also we had some problems in that once you replace a gas line you have to test the house by turning off all gas appliances. My primary house passed it, but I have a guest house at the back of my property which did not pass so they had to go in figure out where the leak was in the back house. So that took longer, but they went about it in sort of a scientific way and we found where the leak was. The work they did turned out absolutely fine. Grass has grown back so they obviously knew what they were doing. No one likes to have that sort of job come along, but I felt they did a good job. My interaction with them was good.
Description of Work: They replaced the primary gas line from the alley where it originates to my house.

+ -1 moreThey charged an arm and leg. I could have gone to the box store and bought one and installed it myself. It only took 20 minutes. The service was done fine. I won't use them again due to the cost of their labor. The service was good but the cost was lousy. It was a $20 faucet and I had to pay $350. it was done right, efficiently and quickly. They returned my call very quickly. There were two kids that showed up but they were very unprofessional.

+ 1 moreWe love them. We've used them for everything relating to plumbing and air conditioning for a long time. We rely on them a lot and they always do a wonderful job. The woman in the showroom was so helpful in telling us what was available and what kinds of things we needed to consider for the new faucet and new sink. We have been so pleased with them all the way around. We like their personnel and we've never had a problem with them. We've used them for at least 10 years. We will definitely use them again and I have recommended them.
Description of Work: They last gave us an estimate on our water heater about 3 weeks. We were in their showroom this past weekend about some sink and faucet problems we were having. They last worked on our air conditioner when we had a problem and they have done all the plumbing in the bathrooms at our old house. They last did work in August.

+ -1 moreThey were fine and we have used them for 21 or 22 years. They were the plumber who worked for the builder that built our house. One time we had a leak inside the house that the fixed. They are fantastic and arrive on time. When we call them they come immediately; maybe it is because we have been with them for 21 or 22 years. I would not use any other plumber but Dallas Plumbing. Everything is top of the line with them. Their prices are reasonable and their quality of work and courtesy can't get any better. They are very punctual.
