Description of Work: Investigated gas smell which turned out to be a false alarm. However, we have used them in the past to install three Toto toilets and do miscellaneous other tasks. They are always prompt, helpful and courteous. I know there are cheaper plumbers, but prefer to use a company we know and trust.

Description of Work: Dallas Plumbing has an annual maintenance contract for my heating and air. They come out twice a year and check everything, change the filters, and do normal maintenance. I am very pleased with all aspects of their service. I have also used them for many years for both plumbing and air conditioning repairs.

Description of Work: I needed an eval on a possible leak from plumbing underneath a bathroom remodel I was doing. I also needed some of the faucet valves and shower head to be updated. Taylor was the one assigned to my job. He was helpful, knew is stuff, and was very courteous. He made sure I knew what he was doing and got my agreement before proceeding with any work.
