Description of Work: The technician came to fix a lick in the upstairs bathroom. He replaced the sink parts and still licked. He came back a second time and tried to fix the problem. After 6 hits still licked. They charged $950 for both visits. My painter looked at the problem and determined my tub was licking at the shower head. He replaced a washer and tightened the bolt. Fixed the problem and did not charge. I have not called and will not call Dallas Plumbing again.

Description of Work: I don't remember what they did I, only that they were most courteous and amazingly conscious of cost. The job took very little time, hence the order suggested that he insisted on checking the water heater as well as changing the washers in my faucets. You're paying for an hour, he said, so you might as well take advantage of it. I was stunned and most grateful. True to his word, he searched for possible problems and did in fact work hard to fill out his hour.

Description of Work: He fixed the bath tub faucets that had quit turning the water off and on easily. He also replaced a sink faucet and the pipes underneath the sink that were old and decrepit and leaky. He was punctual, knowledgable, . He offered a replacement faucet for the faucet that broke. When I said it was nice, but I preferred a satin finish, he recommended a brand-name and where I could get it. He went the extra mile: He replaced the pipes under the sink that were leaky or on the verge of leakiness. He did not have to do this, as I did not know this was a problem yet. However, I should have known this was a pending problem, as the other bathroom sink pipes had recently corroded and caused leaky mess. He returned in a few days and installed the satin finish faucets. |I would absolutely call on him again. He is a smoker |

Description of Work: Came to my house to check water meter and see if I might have a leak somewhere in my system. It was determined there was no leak and the meter was operating correctly. The information left for me by a City of Dallas water utilities employee, who had checked my meter, was grossly incorrect and this was confirmed by another water utilities employee who checked my meter after Dallas Plumbing was here. The whole process with Dallas Plumbing only took 8 minutes.

Description of Work: The gentleman who helped me isolated the problem with a line that goes across the width of the house. He accessed that line from an opening outside the kitchen window and successfully cleared the problem. | |He was very courteous and professional. I would DEFINITELY use these guys again. | |I cannot recall the date he came; it has been quite a few months now. I don't believe the cost exceeded the amount paid to Angie's List.
