Description of Work: Called Monday morning to have someone come check a leaking shut off valve on a toilet at our office after we had vinyl flooring replaced over the weekend. They showed up sameday, took care of leak with a $15+ part. Guy was there less than half an hour. Great job but $100/hr seems high...especially when he was there less than half an hour.

Description of Work: I don't remember what they did I, only that they were most courteous and amazingly conscious of cost. The job took very little time, hence the order suggested that he insisted on checking the water heater as well as changing the washers in my faucets. You're paying for an hour, he said, so you might as well take advantage of it. I was stunned and most grateful. True to his word, he searched for possible problems and did in fact work hard to fill out his hour.

Description of Work: Even though he said it could be repaired, the technician could not. He did not know anything about the system, and did not like having to come back repeatedly (3 times total). Each time he would tell us it was fixed, but it never has, and still has not been to this day. He was slower to return each time, and was really in over his head.

Response from Dallas Plumbing Company & Air Conditioning
Our most recent visit to this residence was on July 18, 2012. Since this was over three years ago, we can only refer to the notes in the computer. We initially were called out to perform maintenance on three units. The tech discovered that the cap on the service valve for one of the units was cracked. The service tech returned the second time to replace the cap. On the third visit, he adjusted the Freon levels on one unit, monitored it and determined it was cooling properly. We did not charge the customer for the third visit. Had we known of any additional issues, we would have corrected them at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
