Dallas Plumbing Company & Air Conditioning

I use them for their reputation. If I request the same people, it will be the same. They are reliable. Their cleanup is very good. They have done hundred of properties for me.

I love them. They are great. I have been using them for 25 years. They are just wonderful. I would highly recommend them. I am very loyal to them. I can't really compare their price to anybody because I only use them. They always come right out when I need them. They are very nice. What can you expect from a plumbing company? I would absolutely use them again and will continue to use them. My neighbor down the street uses him for all five houses for her rental properties. When I call them up and ask them to come, they come. They are very efficient. I have had a great experience. I just really like them. A lot of them have been there a long time. They do a turnover, but not as much of a turnover as most companies do. They are knowledgeable and fix my problems. They fix everything. I use them for air conditioning too. I don't have to clean up after them. When we first got our house, they put in two air conditioner's. They have put in hot water heaters. They have fixed any toilets and any leaking in our bathrooms. The people who they send over, at least in my experience, have always known what to do and don't seem new at it. They seem like they have got a lot of experience. They are nice people and I usually sit and chat with them when they are at my house.

Dallas Plumbing Company is the ONLY one in Angie's List of Certified and SuperService Awarded list of plumbers who responded quickly to my AL message, AND tried to provide some help on it, going as far as to give me the manufacturer's support number. So, while we didn't actually have the folks at Dallas Plumbing do any paid work for us, that kind of attentiveness puts them at the top of our list for future work. BTW, surprisingly, less than half of the ones we reached out to responded in 24 hours - and these were all Certified, and SuperService Award winners. Turns out American Standard has only Manatron do all their authorized work for the entire DFW area. Hope the owners / managers give the person responding to AL messages some kind of positive and deserving recognition, to keep up the great service.

I pay to have the annual maintenance. I didn't have to pay at that time, but I do pay an annual thing to have them come in the Spring and Fall to do this work.

Discovered flooding outside house with pier/beam dirt crawlspace and noticed active water leak last night. Shut down water main and called DPC this morning. The Office scheduled a team (Aaron and Blake) to come out the same day with a 1-5pm window. The guys called just before showing up and arrived on time. They found the problem spot quickly and replaced the failed copper tubing section. Pleasant experience overall.

Great job, everything works well. Reasonable price for quality equipment.

There were two guys who came to do the work. It took an hour to do the work. They left the area clean when they were done.

They get there as quick as they can. They are fast and efficient.

I didn’t ask anybody else. I have used them for years. I had problems years ago, but recently I’ve had good service from them. I would give them an “A” for showing up on time and doing the job, whatever.

Very good, only complaint was inspector red tag water heater based on. New restriction, had to come and bring to compliance. Additional cost. Redid additional water heater with no problem fixed an issue that another plumber had charged for and didn't work. Not cheap but very good

The plumber did a great job and it didn't take him long to complete the job.

Great. They are as good as you can get but they are probably not the cheapest person in town. They totally understood the problem and were able to diagnose and repair it quickly.

Fine quickly and at a price less than given over the phone.

He fixed it immediately and explained why our hot water heater may have had a problem.

It runs perfectly now. They did a great job, were prompt, friendly and explained everything. Very professional.

Had them come out to clear an overflow issue with a sink and washer. They cleared out the sink clog, however the washer overflowed a few days later. I called for a follow up, was advised there's no warranty on clogs and was dismissed/ hung up on when I suggested this doesn't seem like a good policy and would go with someone else

I'm in the process of renovating a 60 y.o. home, and have had some situations arise. Every time one does the plumber stops and explains what the problem is and gives me options on how to continue. The installation of shower and fixtures were top notch.

The plumber was absolutely amazing! He was extremely nice, courteous and professional. I felt 100% comfortable with him in my house and he even looked at another problem and offered free advice. Wow! That never happens... This company is on top of it! I will definitely use them in the future, as well as recommend them to my real estate clients.

Anthony "Wade" Chapman found that the faucet stem was not available (not even from Teeter's), but put a quick fix in that worked, so we could get the water running again in the rest of the house. Very good plumber.

It went very well the job was done in incredible two hours including air conditioning and furnace and everything was ship shape when they left
