I thought they did a good job and made some good recommendations. They came very promptly and were helpful in their showroom when I had to go in to pick out a toilet. I will use them again in the future.

They do excellent work and they are very dependable. I've used them for 23 years.

The licensed plumber, Neal, arrived Monday morning promptly around 9 AM. Before he started the rough-in valve installation, I asked him a few questions about some other plumbing fixtures I was installing myself. He gave me an honest appraisal of the repairs, explaining in detail everything I needed to know to proceed. He then went through each step of the shower valve installation, giving me the option as to how to access the old valve for removal. I explained my predicament with another plumbing company's huge mistake, and he recommended I replace the valve that came with the shower fixtures, which I agreed was the safe thing to do. Neal then went back to the office to get the new rough-in valve, and returned to complete the job in a very timely manner. He even went through the trouble to explain how to protect the valve during a ceramic tile installation. Dallas Plumbing provided me with a fair and honest estimate, and they stuck to this estimate extremely well, despite my earlier problems with another plumbing company that forced me to replace the original valve because it already had solder connections with copper tubing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber to replace old shower/tub fixtures. Neal was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

They are a good outfit. The old toilet used to overflow every once in a while. The guy was on time, he did great work, and the toilet works great.

They did a good job. They were very professional. When we call, they have somebody to talk to. They put us in touch with a product person and that person asks about the product and what we were looking for or needed. Then they gave us options and recommendations on what they could install. It was a little bit different from dealing with another plumber. We live on a farm so we have a rural property. They are a little more home improvement oriented. They did a very good job. We didn't do a whole lot of shopping because of the product they had. They were top professionals. We would use them again for an install to change out an appliance.

The technician arrived on time and was quick and efficient. He seemed to be very competent. Worth the expense for an issue that I had called two other repair companies out to fix. He checked the problem and the plumbing. Took me up to the attic to see and explain the problem and the possible solutions. Repaired the plumbing. Said that he would contact me in a week to ensure the drip stopped and they would bill me at that time. Although he forgot to contact me and I had to call them to initiate the payment, the drip stopped and the problem was fixed.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Chris, the technician who came over was very knowledgable and professional. I had to interact with the admin folks back at the office to sort out some confusion. That also went very smoothly. Would definitely call on them again if I have any plumbing needs in the future

After a friend recommended Dallas Plumbing we check it out on Angie's List. The reviews were glowing. We callas Dallas Plumbing Friday morning before Labor Day after hearing water running outside but could not find the problem. We also had an unusually large water bill (after we started water restrictions) and were concerned. We were pleasantly surprised they were able to come out before lunch, identify the problem (TWO leaks in two different places between the street and our house) and begin repair. The repair took the longest as it was a difficult procedure to get the lines to seal properly. The serviceman who came out, Tino Olivera, was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He, and a helper, Zack, who showed up later, got everything fixed. We received an Angie's list discount and a referral discount. The charges were reasonable. We were able to take our Dallas Plumbing invoice to our utility department and received a discount on our excessive water bill. We will call Dallas Plumbing and ask for Tino first from now on!!

I had two outside faucets that were continuously dripping, and a broken shutoff valve for my icemaker. I called at 8:30 in the morning and they had a repairman at my house by 11:00. He had to chisel out morter to replace the faucet on one of the outside faucets. Mark was courtious, friendly and professional. The work was exellent.

We were building fence and broke a gas line that was under an old fence post we were digging out. Dallas PlumbingCo. came out and replaced the broken pipe, had to dig it out to put it deeper, curved it around away from where our post would have to go, and left his gauge on it over night to make sure it was not leaking. He then came back the next morning to check his gauge--no leaks. Would not charge us until the City and Atmos Energy came out and approved it, as required. Very professional. Really knew what he was doing. For something as serious as this, I was thankful we had someone who was so knowledgeable. They are the plumbing company I will call from now on.

Got the job done. Some work arounds that saved me money but are not likely permenant fixes. Probably in line with market cost.

They plumber, Brian, arrived promptly and fixed the toilets. He had to leave to get parts for the faucet. He replaced a 2 nd faucet without a charge, as I didn?t realize it was broken until he started to leave. Very nice!

They were very professional. The water tank seems to be of very good quality and very difficult to install because the water tank was in the attic and it needed a special sized water tank. They did the job very professionally and cleanly. They gave me a quote with two options on it so that I can decide. I felt very comfortable working with them. I rate them high overall, and I will continue to use them in the future.

They were quick. They came out on the same day. They finished the job promptly.

They were prompt and did the checkup in probably an hour and half or so. They did a nice job.

Installer said I needed to replace all the PVC pipes with metal. Little did he know that previously Dallas Plumbing installer had told me I needed to replace all metal pipes with Pvc . The install he did on the master bath developed a leak. I called Dallas Plumbing and they said they needed to send a plumber out and then the manager would need to come . I told them that I work on a time clock and that when I am off of work, I am not being paid. I asked could the plumber and manager Mark Wissler not come at the same time. They did . They found that the installer Neal had failed to put a seal in the install. The leak caused mold in the cabinet. They did pay for the repair and they did reimburse me for my time off of work. I previously had used them for ten years or more, over the years the quality of their work has degraded. I have called and asked for previous plumbers that did a good job, they told me that they had promoted them and they could not come. I will no longer user them because,even though they did right in the end, my time and hassle of this is not worth the trouble. I feel they have changed their focus from residential to commercial. Very well. He was clear as to what needed done, and gave us an estimate. The estimate was higher than the actual price, so it was a nice surprise that it ended up being less.

The work got done and we didn?t have any real problems. It was a good value and they customized it to the house. It did take awhile to get done though.

Everything went great. I bought some plastic fittings to connect the hoses from home depot and they didnt fit. They saw that the fittings wouldnt fit and offered to exchange the ones I had for some that would fit for free. He prices were reasonable and he was very fast. I would highly recommend him. I'm thrilled with this company.

Because of cracks in walls/ceilings and doors not closing, we called our insurance company and they hired Baker Brothers to do a leak check on the slab, and hired engineers to take readings of the house. After a few days of testing, we found 10 sewage leaks under our slab. The original estimate and work performed by BB was fine, but their solution for one side of our house was more piecemeal than the solution provided by Dallas Plumbing. Specifically, rather than going through the floor and replacing about 15 feet of sewage pipe on 25 feet of line, DP suggested a "pipe-bursting" technique to fully replace the line. Because of that, and the loyalty I have built over years of working with DP, I again went with DP. I'm glad I did. The job is awful, hard, dirty and time-consuming. However, DP works methodically and consistently to repair the damage and clean-up as best as they can. Because they test their solutions thoroughly, we found another leak in the beam of the home in the kitchen. While this added time and money to the project, I know that we've identified and fixed everything that needed it! This project needs PROFESSIONAL plumbers... not guys who fix faucets. DP is a trusted, professional plumbing service.

I was very thrilled with Dallas Plumbing. The guy who came out was very good. He was understanding and professional, he did a great job. Dallas Plumbing is very good at what they do.

They were the cheapest of all the bids, but they didn't have what I was looking for. I thought the man was nice and he was efficient enough to get proper measurements. I would say he was very professional during the bid process. The only negative was that he went outside, but he didn't tell me he wasn't going to come back inside. I had to call him on his cell phone and he had already left.
