We’ve been using them for the past 18 years. They’re excellent! They’re really top notch, extremely-well run with highly qualified professional technicians. They value experienced technicians, and they’re very accessible; you can always find someone to talk to about any concerns and get individual treatment. If I have a particular problem, they’ll send out a person who has background in that particular problem. They’re very responsive and have a very long and respected history of delivering very professional services in our area! They work with some of the top builders and companies in the area, too.

The service has been great overall. They recognize you and are very professional. They’re also patient, and listen to what you want. They give good advice, give pros and cons, and respect what you want.

The service was just fine overall. I thought they were very honest and didn’t try to get me to do something that wasn’t what I called them about. They’re my plumber of choice!

Technician was punctual, courteous, and the company was up front on the fees charged. However he was not as knowledgeable as I was hoping he would be on this unique valve. Technician was required to consult the manufacture which took close to 30 minutes to resolve. However, between the two of us we successfully calibrated and corrected the problem. And the time charged was reduced by the down time it took the technician to resolve the problem. I am very satisfied.

The technician called about 10 min after getting to our property to inform us that the main sewer clean out pipe is crushed and that he was getting dirt. I wanted him to verify that this was the case and he said it was and that he would have to dig up concrete and replace any of the pipe that was "crushed" or broken. I did not authoris the work and he left without fixing the sewer stop up issue so I had to drive to Dallas and fix myself. After driving 6 hours and getting a hotel, I went by the property and used our onsite roto rooter machine to unclog the sewer clean out pipe. The problem was paper towels clogging up the line and NOT a crushed pipe or any other pipe damage. The engineer from Dallas plumbing had been using his machine to dig into the ground around the clean out hole and NOT in the actual pipe!! I could see where he dug his machine into.This is a case of unqualified engineers in troubleshooting problems and trying to mark up the trouble call in order to make more money. This company did not fix the problem or do any work and they still charged us $195 for the service call which we got taken off out credit card.We would not recommend or use this company again. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: The response to our experience at this property is incorrect from Dallas Plumbing. Their engineer DID dig into the ground under the concrete with his sewer auger and then tried to tell us that we needed to repipe the whole thing which costs thousands. We called another plumbing company out to actually fix a simple sewer clog. They also found a cracked pipe under unit 101 bathroom and they replaced that as well as put in a new sewer access pipe as well. We did not authorize them to do that work and have also made a comment on their company. My recommendation when using ANY plumbing company is to have a representative of yours onsite when they do work to make sure they are not scamming you.

The company called me 30 minutes ahead of his punctual arrival and he was through in less than half an hour. He explained what needed to be done, did it, and left the bathrooms clean. This is the first time I've needed a plumber in 10 years, but I feel much better about using this company.

I got a special Angie’s discount from them. He was good. He got here on time and did a good job. He cleaned up after himself.

They were very good and did a quality job. They were always on time. They were very responsible and offered a very good warranty. They came back and replaced some ducting at no extra charge to improve the system even more.

I called to see about Saturday service on a broken A/C unit. Though they claim to have Saturday hours, the receptionist informed me that no one would be in the office until Monday. She then asked if she could put me on hold hung up. Highly unprofessional.

It didn't go overall. No one ever showed up or called back to explain why no one showed up.

I reported a leak behind the refrigerator around 9:30 AM Saturday morning (4/28) and left my name, address, and home phone number. Company would not schedule a service appointment, but said someone would call me back. Today is Tuesday evening, May 1, and that has not happened. My unsatisfactory rating stands until I hear from these people. I understand that their work is very good but how will I know that?

I called for an estimate. They told me a technician would get back to me and schedule an appointment. They never called me back.

I have used them before. I am happy with them. They did the job really good. They were pleasant. The price was okay. They were very responsive.

I found them of Angie’s List. They were expensive. The water heater was $1600. I don’t know if that is the going rate or now. I had asked them to fix the dripping sink. They turned off the water underneath that sink. They pulled off two faucets on either side, hot and cold and they said they had to go and get the part from Teters, a kind of a plumbing supply place. They had turned off the water underneath the sink and apparently that wasn’t good enough because after they left, I had geysers of water shooting up from either side of the hot and cold in my dressing area flooded the whole place. I think he should have turned off the main water valve at the street. I had to call the plumbing company and try to find him and send him back; in the meantime I had a terrible flood in my home. I don’t know who you could blame for that. I have seen if I turn off the big water valve in the street, I wouldn’t have that problem.

Exceptional Service! Clean up messes! Explain problems/solutions! Arrive when they say they will. Get in/Get out!! Prove their integrity with each visit. Thanks Dallas Plumbing!!

I have used them once or twice a year over the last six years. They are big and reliable, and they come when they say. They are neat. Their price is probably okay, but I didn't price shop them too much against other people, so I don't know. They are pleasant and professional.

I called Dallas Plumbinig because the carbon monoxide detector was reading high. The tech arrived as scheduled and examined the gas furnace. He used his CO2 meter to get another reading, which also showed a high reading. He gave me a quote for a new unit. I approved the work and it was scheduled for the following day. The technicians arrived as scheduled and began to removed the old unit. They had to installed a new floor support for the unit. They also had to build a new plenum to attached to the existing duct work. Upon completion, they reviewed the unit with me and showed me that there was a connection that needed to be reworked, but they didn't have the correct part. The tech returned the following morning and replaced the connection.

We were happy with them. They came out to look at the tub and shower. The tub was working but the shower was blocked and it was kind of temperamental. They had to take them out and said we needed a specific part. They didn't charge us for that visit. They were out to find the part and when they did find the part, they came back a few weeks later and fixed everything. Everything works now and we are happy with it.

Very simple - called them, scheduled call, came out on time, performed service, paid them exactly what estimate was quoted.

I called several plumbers listed on Angie's list and Dallas Plumbing promised that they could be here the next morning; most gave me a date 2 or 3 days later or even after Christmas. Time was of the essence because our water had been shot off. The plumber showed up a few minutes before the appointment time. He assessed the problem and told me that he would have to first get to the shutoff box and them replace the valves, etc. because the valves were leaking and everything was corroded. He told me that he would have to cut back one shrub to get to and to be able to work on the shutoff box. I gave him permission to cut back the shrub and he told me that the shrub might die because it would be a drastic cut. I told him that he could cut it all the way back - I could replace it in the spring. (After he still hesitated, I told him that I didn't care about the shrub and I would give it to him in writing). He worked on the problem for several hours and then told me that he would have to get a special connector to the water meter and would have to replace a PVC pipe with a copper pipe to be able to solder it properly to the water meter. I am very pleased with the job he performed and will use Dallas Plumbing in the future and also recommend it to friends.

We had a water leak in a bathroom that was saturating the carpet in a bedroom. I pulled back the carpet and noticed the entire slab was wet. I called a guy that my family recommended...and he turned me down!!! I bit the bullet and called Dallas Plumbing (thinking that I was going to get hit hard) and scheduled them out. The reason I say "hit hard" is because I pass their business everyday on my way to work, they have a nice building, big yard with many trucks...so I figured they would be overpriced. I was able to get them out the following day. David showed up on time and got right to work. He told me that it could be any number of things (remember hit hard?) but that he would get to the bottom of it. He deduced the problem in about 5 minutes! He said he believed that the only problem I had was an old seal in the tub drain. He put a new one that he got from his truck. That new drain repair was then tested and guess what...no more leak!!! I gave them a "B" for price only because I could have done the work myself and saved about $140... but I had no clue as to what the problem was!!! That's what you call/pay a plumber for...LOL!!!!

Within 28 minutes, Dallas Plumbing (DP) had both drains working perfectly! We had been having problems with our master shower backing up for well over a year. We had been using another company before we called DP to fix this problem. The "other company" had done a bunch of stuff to "fix" the drain, and none of it worked. We were finally at the point of having to put a camera down in the drain and probably start tearing stuff up. That of course would be insanely expensive and unnecessary! My husband and I both decided that we needed a second opinion, so we called DP. I am so happy we did because both drains are doing great! We will continue to use DP for any future plumbing problems we have.

First use of the toliet on Christmas Eve day resulted in inside of toliet falling apart, basically...Toliet started leaking out the top, handle would no longer flush...absolutely dire straits for my one bathroom condo, and on Christmas Eve! Called Dallas Plumbing and luckily, they were open and taking calls. Operator on call was very nice. Plumber Chris was excellent. He told me what the problem was, even talked to my home warranty service on the phone, and very promptly did the work required. Yes, it was expensive on Christmas Eve..but I had my facility and that was necessary for me! I would not hesitate to use Dallas Plumbing again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends who might need a good quality plumber. Thank you for allowing my Christmas holidays to be stress free, Chris and Dallas Plumbing!
