+ -1 moreThey did not really do anything for me. I had to pay them a diagnosis fee and nothing was really done. They did not do what I asked them to do so I was really kind of disappointed that I had to pay them a fee and nothing was done. They did not really help me at all. I asked them to apply the fee to another plumbing service and they would not do that so it was a waste of money in my opinion.
Description of Work: I called them out to locate a gas line and they told me they could not locate it.

Her name was Carmen and I can't say enough nice things about her because she helped me choose. I recommend them because they took care of me. She did everything that I wanted her to and she was very nice about it. I went there every time and they were prompt in getting my products to me.

+ 1 moreWe love them. We've used them for everything relating to plumbing and air conditioning for a long time. We rely on them a lot and they always do a wonderful job. The woman in the showroom was so helpful in telling us what was available and what kinds of things we needed to consider for the new faucet and new sink. We have been so pleased with them all the way around. We like their personnel and we've never had a problem with them. We've used them for at least 10 years. We will definitely use them again and I have recommended them.
Description of Work: They last gave us an estimate on our water heater about 3 weeks. We were in their showroom this past weekend about some sink and faucet problems we were having. They last worked on our air conditioner when we had a problem and they have done all the plumbing in the bathrooms at our old house. They last did work in August.

+ 0 moreI do call them but do not know if they are on Angie's List. They are very efficient, always on time and I have no problem with them. I pay for the year. They come out twice yearly, once in the spring and once in the fall. I have no complaints about them. For plumbing services I think they are a little high, but I know they are dependable and will come out and do the work that I want them to do.
Description of Work: I have a contract with them to have them come and service my air conditioner and heater. They also provide plumbing services sometimes.

+ 0 moreIt was pretty extensive work. They brought out fans and had them going for over a week. They were very competent workers. I saw quite a few of them that came out from day to day.
Description of Work: They cleared out a stoppage in one of my second floor sinks that caused a leak. They then treated the carpet and dried it out. They got rid of any moisture in the carpet or the walls.

+ 0 moreProfessional and value-priced. I'm not sure about a running commode, but if you have a major plumbing repair these are the guys to call. They gave me a competitive quote with explanation of labor and parts required. Offered to give a final price less than the quote if work was less than anticipated and follow through on that, reducing the price by 25%. This was a pretty major repair involving digging a six-foot long trench 30 inches deep to reach the broken pipe. Two licensed plumbers, 4.5 hours at a price that was almost 40% below quotes from other plumbers on the Angie's distinguished service award list. Very positive experience.

+ -1 moreDiana is spectacular, very professional, and exceptional knowledge with all the kitchen and bath products. I went to the show room thinking that I just needed the fixtures. I was not thinking about replacing the stuff behind the wall. She took the time to explain the products to me and how some of the shower heads have more pressure levels or single pressure, the difference between a stall shower fixture and a bathtub shower fixture. If the product was not in stock, she looked in the catalog and placed the order. If one of the Dallas distributors did not have the product, she would make a call and find out who had it and within a couple of days the product was shipped to her. Diana knew exactly the products that went behind the walls in the bath room. The remolding company working on both bath rooms was using their own plumber. The plumber said to tell that lady he loves her for providing him with what he needed to prepare the pipes on the inside of the wall. I loved the fixtures on the outside because it?s beautiful, but the plumbers love the stuff on the inside of the walls.
Description of Work: Diana, assisted me with getting the products for the accessories for the sink, bath tub and shower fixtures.

+ 0 moreThe service calls went extremely well. The plumber diagnosed my problem - caused by me! I had failed to change out my air conditioner filter which prevented my a/c from working properly. He changed my filter and the noise immediately went away. He also changed my water lines for my new washer - which were accidently reversed at installation time. The plumber (I think his name was Ron) recommended I get an a/c tech out to be sure there weren't any othe issues. Dallas Plumbing sent the second tech out the same afternoon! Great service. He checked both of my systems and said all was good. I asked whether he thought I needed to replace them (they are getting old) and he said NO. Last year another service company said I would need to replace them this year, so I was very please when Tom, the a/c tech said my system was fine. In addition, the company gave me a credit on the plumber service call when I got the a/c systems checked. Overall a great experience.
Description of Work: I had a strange noise coming from my bathtube drain. The plumber came and diagnosed my problem as a clogged a/c drain, caused by me by failing to replace my air filter. The technician did a great job - changed my air filter and recommended I have the a/c checked. I called the service department to try to schedule the a/c check and Dallas Plumbing sent the technician out the same afternoon. Both gentlemen were very professional but friendly and courteous. I will definitely call them again.

They also went under the house in a narrow crawl space to check for leaks. They explained the problem with old rusted pipes, and provided tips to prevent future obstructions.
