Quick response on estimate request. Bid was a little high but quality product. Arrived within 2 days of estimate approval. Would hire again.

It went extremely well. I think that their prices are competitive and I have previously used them years ago when I initially had the gutters installed. The team that they sent out was polite and efficient. They showed great craftsmanship. They were here for about two and a half hours and cleaned up well after completion. I was pleased with their service.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They followed up with a written quote and they did a great job. We have some other exterior work that we need to have done before moving forward with this work. They followed up with me a couple of days later but they were not aggressive in trying to have us complete the work sooner than we need. I appreciated that. They were very good and they did a great job!

Their work that they completed was fine. However, the salesman needed a bit of improvement. The owner was very nice and took care of my concerns and the areas that needed corrected. They came to my house several times to ensure that the work was done correctly.

Work was done very professionally

I had used Dallas Gutter for a small gutter job at my house so when it came time to do a larger job I brought them back in. They came out and installed gutters and downspouts around the majority of our house. They had to replace some old gutters but were able to keep some and attach to the new ones. They completed the job as expected, when expected. I would recommend them and use them again.

I bought an older home about a year ago and finally decided to address the clogged and leaking gutters. Dallas Gutter was quick to respond to my request for an appointment. The sales person showed up on time and got right to work on an estimate. He was very detailed and hands-on with his explanations. My front gutter was in pretty good shape and simply needed a little extra care cleaning, securing and sealing them. The back gutters needed replacing. We talked about how to increase the water flow and where to add an additional downspout. He then drew out the changes and walked me through them one by one. The cost was right on, in my estimation. I was even able to get a discount for being an Angie's List user. Within a few days, the crew called to say they would be doing the work while I was at work. I asked him to be careful of my hanging plants I had just planted. He was very sincere with his concern and promised to alert his crew. Got home to beautiful new gutters with everything exactly as we had discussed. Now I can't wait for the rain!!! I called the office to pay my bill over the phone and once again was treated very professionally. Thanks for a great experience buying my first gutters.

Service fine. Seemed a little pricey.

I just needed someone to come fix our front gutters. The guys at Dallas gutters worked us in, fixed the gutters in an hour and NEVER tried to up sell me for some other service. They fixed the gutter, stuck with a very inexpensive price ($300) even with adding a new down spout and were very professional. I would highly recommend Dallas Gutter.

They replaced gutters all around the house and placed wire mesh over the tops of the gutters. The estimate process worked great--the person was on time and very professional. The actual service was good, but rain interrupted and they had to come back another day. My only suggestion on how to improve would be for them to let their customer know when they will be back. They just appeared a couple of days later to finish the job. Other than that, they were very good--had enough people on the crew to finish within half a day.

From the time of the estimate to the time they finished the job took less than a week. Everything turned out very well.

It turned out great! We have a very large groove with flat surfaces on the back of our home so it overflows in the middle. They got creative and recommended an oversized gutter with oversized downspouts and that has more than taken care of the problem. They did repairs on the front part of the house for free which was very nice. The price was competitive.

Mr. Garner was very professional and knowledgeable about gutters and leaf guards, He gave us a brochure on Rhino Guard leaf guards and explained their advantages and warranty. He also had a sample of a traditional leaf guard. We had the work done by another company because we had to choose one of the 3 companies that submitted estimates, but if we had chosen Dallas Gutter, I believe they would also have done a good job.

Well, no wonder these people have great reviews. If all vendors and contractors were like Dallas Gutters, the world would be a happy place and all houses would look fabulous. From estimate appointment to gutter installation, everything was top notch. Look no further; these are your gutter guys. Our gutters look and work great!

I was very pleased. No high pressure sales. Work to be performed was thoroughly described. Installation itself was top notch and performed as scheduled. The area was thoroughly cleaned afterward. And best of all it looks great and the price was competitive.

They were very good. We built our house 11 years ago and they went around the house and re-caulked the gutters and tightened them. We checked the reviews of this company on Angie's list and the reviews were good and that is why we chose them. The salesman came out, he was very personable, and he gave us a bid and then followed it up in-house, and the guys that came, worked very well, they cleaned up, we have two huge 150 year old trees and so there was a lot of stuff to clean from our gutters. We have them on a recurring contract, so they come out every year to check if everything is okay.

Company was very easy to work with. They were able to quickly come out and provide an estimate. They discussed many details that other companies left out, such as the exact color of the gutter to be installed. There was very little pressure to add on additional items. They listened to what we wanted. The work went smoothly, and there were no surprises in the installation or the final cost. The end result looks great and works great.
