Awesome! They had to have a separate company to do the wood repairs but they timed it perfect, came in right behind each other and got the job done in record time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They provided an estimate. Then they scheduled the services for the next day. They were on-time, efficient and effective. They fixed leaking and sagging gutters. But they did not fix the “messed up” paint after they fixed the gutters. However, everything else was great.

Amazing experience. I was told I didn’t need any change to my gutters ...just a clean out of the underground drain. They referred me to ARS, who did a great job. Then, they cleaned my gutters. ...very high roof ...quickly, safely, and at a very fair price. I could not have been happier with the experience. Wasn’t sold something I didn’t want or need. Got quick service at fair price.

They wanted more money to put up a new one although they had given me an unconditional warranty. They are crooked. Rude and obnoxious

Excellent job and attention to detail. The crew took their time for a very professional installation and complete clean-up. The estimate and warranty explanation was very detailed. This is one company that wants to get it right the first time and will do what it takes to satisfy the customer. This was not the lowest bid, but it was well worth the money. If you want quality and a company that will stand behind its product, then you will get what you pay for with Dallas Gutter. I highly recommend this company, its owner and employees.

Mike from Dallas Gutter came out today and explained to us that we didn't have a gutter problem, but a problem with the sealant on the roof. We very much appreciated his honesty and redirection so that we could get some help with our issue. We have worked with Dallas Gutter and Repair before and have always had a good experience.

I received a call from the person doing the estimate after he had arrived to my home and stated no one was home and he expected me to be there. I discussed what I was told since I described what the problem was with the sales office. He stated he would have the office call me to set up another appointment, I asked him if I needed to call the office to set it up and he said they would call me. Well it has been over 3 weeks and no one has called, guess it was not a big enough job or he was upset I was not there and then did not bother to set up another appointment. Called another gutter/roofing company and got taken care of immediately. they have good reviews overall but I was disappointed in the initial response

Process was excellent - start to finish. Kevin arrived on time, checked our entire system, listened to our issues, recommended various models, provided us with references. After determining we wanted to go with their clog free gutter cap product, Kevin returned and helped us match colors well. Installers arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up, and we are thrilled with the project completion.

Dallas Gutter was very prompt and responsive. The on-site meeting with Kevin was great as he was very detailed and did a great job explaining options. The quote seemed high but I felt I could trust Dallas Gutter to do good work, something which holds value to me. They came and did the installation when they said they would, I didn't even have to be home. Came home from work and saw the new gutters and everything looks great! I also had them service my other gutters to ensure they were clean and had leaf screens in place.

Our problem was very unique as we had 4 roof areas running water into a single exit. its like drinking from a fire hose!! Kevin understood the issue after couple of rounds of inspection and the installers did a brilliant job

Very good I was pleased with results

It went just great! Having used Dallas Gutter and Repair before they were my first choice to do some gutter work caused by storm damage and indirectly a roof replacement. Having experience with Dallas Gutter, I did not feel it necessary to get competitive bids which is my normal routine. I contacted Kevin Zigler the sales person, and described the work needing to be done. Since Dallas Gutter had done work on my gutter system before Kevin was able to estimate the cost without a site visit which was really convenient. Due to various factors that I will not go into, the scope of gutter work changed a couple of times and each time Kevin was able to adjust the quote accordingly. We finally finalized a deal and the work was scheduled. The techs showed up right on time, but it was pouring down rain and not a good time to be on a roof. They left and returned later that day when the rained had stopped and sun come out. Dennis and Hector got right on the work and did an outstanding job. What was particularly nice is Dennis (the lead) explained throughout the job what they were doing. I got to see first hand exactly what all was done and it was all done very professionally. That is the kind of work Dallas Gutter does. Not to belabor the point about the professional work, I would like to give one illustration though. When the work was done previously, gutter support brackets had to be added to my existing gutter system and screws driven through the asphalt shingles into the decking to secure the support bracket. The screw had a rubber washer on it to keep water from seeping into the hole. To prepare for the re-roof work, I had to remove all those screws and decided to saved them for the techs since they were in such good shape after 5+years. When the techs was on site, I gave the screws to Dennis and commented what good shape the screws were in -- no rusting and the washers were like new. Dennis said that Dallas Gutter only uses the best of parts and he knew first hand since he did a lot of the ordering. Those screws were fairly expensive but they believe in doing things right and using the best materials. This confirmed to me that I was connected up with the kind of company I like to deal with. Even small things like expensive screws make a difference. If you need quality guttering work, call Dallas Gutter and Repair . Talk to Kevin -- he will take care of you.

Came out promptly and did a great job.

Very responsive. Was able to setup a walk through appointment within 48 hours. Received two different bids that same day. Warren was wonderful to work with and very insightful on a couple issues we thought would be difficult to get around. Outlined a plan for his team and the following week they came out to complete the project in one day. Was the smoothest home repair/update that I've ever experienced.

Work was completed on time, on budget and to a high quality standard. Even in the heaviest storm the drainage is perfect. Customer service and communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

From beginning to end, this was one of the easiest projects I have tackled on my new home. Kevin arrived on time to perform the assessment, provided a complete estimate later that evening and gave me three options from which to choose. Within 1 business day of accepting the estimate, a scheduler called me to get the job on the calendar and was able to have a crew there later that same week. The crew arrived on-time -- not 20 minutes late but actually on-time. The crew of three was polite, professional and very hard-working. They confirmed the aspects of the job and got to work. At the completion of the job, the crew cleaned up ALL debris from my yard and driveway to the point of looking like they had never been there. The gutters are secure, straight as an arrow and look fabulous. The color match is perfect and the fact they are seamless should help with handling downpours from the spring storms. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!
