Needed to call back for adjustment and very responsive.

I've been very pleased with the work that this firm did on our house. We hired them in October 2016 to install gutters all the way around our house. The walkthrough and quotation was good (they beat other bids we had gotten) and the quality of the work they were proposing doing was looking to be good. I appreciated the options that we had with them - we talked about gutter size and downspout size, and when I changed my mind after signing the contract he quickly made the change and there were no issues. The work appears to be solid and is working like a charm. The owner, David, was wonderful to work with.

This company did a great job and was seamless service. I would recommend this company and have work done by them again.

The work went very well. They were backed up in terms of scheduling due to all the rains, but I was told I would receive a call the week of October 10 to schedule an appointment, and that is exactly when it was scheduled. Everyone showed up on time and the work is beautiful and high quality. I highly recommend them!

From the initial call to schedule a quote to the completion of the project it was a positive experience. During the initial phone call the office manager scheduled a visit by the sales rep. Warren, the sales rep, was very professional and knowledgeable, providing us with a lot of information which resulted in us changing where we originally wanted downspouts and splash blocks located. We had met with a rep from another company about a year before- that quote was much lower, but the responsiveness was sorely lacking; calls were not returned and the rep did not show up for a scheduled follow-up meeting. Since we have Hardie siding, it was important to hire a company that could work with that product. The gutters match the siding and do not detract. Who would ever think gutters could be so beautiful? Since there were two teams, one handling the front, the other the patio area, the work did not take long at all. They did a superb job cleaning up. Due to a cancellation, the gutters were installed a week earlier than scheduled,

I did not use this service. I had basically requested someone to change out my gutters and give me a quote and these guys only did cleaning. So that's the reason I didn't use them. I did not get a quote, but I called them and asked them for a quote, and they said they don't change gutters, so they didn't exactly do what I wanted them to do.

They did a great job. We've had two rains since and everything is flowing smoothly. Also, during installation I noticed how careful they were to not destroy the plants outside. I really appreciated that. They cleaned up afterwords very well.

They were the most professional of all contractors I have had at my house in many years. They were efficient and accepted my inquiries and incorporated it into a very practical and efficient plan for replacement and addition of my gutters after hail damage. The extra gutters I added were at my request and their input on what they thought would be most practical. They changed the figuration of a couple if downspouts too, and overall I think their work was efficient, looks great, and after several storms, is working great! The price u thought was fair also. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

the gutters in one corner of my home have not worked correctly since the roof was replaced last year due to hail damage. The roofer would not return calls so I called Dallas Gutter to come out for evaluation. Sales person came out and would not even look at the video that I had to show him the issue of the gutters overflowing in one section of my home. His evaluation was that I needed bigger gutters and needed to replace the whole corner of my house. When I told him I had lived in the house for 10 years without issue, he just told me that the gutter system has always been flawed and that I needed wider gutters. In addition the sales person noticed I had Gutter Helmet product on my home and told me that Dallas Gutter felt that those products do not work and would not touch my gutters unless they were removed, only to find out later that Dallas Gutter advertises similar systems on their website. This issue was resolved by a gutter cleaning service who found a clog in the drainage underground. Reason for poor review is due to lack of professionalize of sales person, he was only there for one reason, to sell me gutters. I do have a gutter on one side of my home that does need repair due to tree damage that will go to the competition.

Dallas Gutters always does a great job at a reasonable price. I've used them exclusively since the gutter installation 11 years ago, never any problem.

It went perfectly. Two workers along with a supervisor arrived and did the job in about 90 minutes time. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they finished and they hauled away the lawn bags of debris. No complaints at all on the quality of the work performed. I would have given then an "A" overall but was definitely disappointed in the price. I used Dallas Gutters for the same service in August of 2010 and the price was around $250. This time they quoted me twice that. I bit the bullet and used them anyway because I remembered the excellent job they did before. I did inquire other places, and Dallas Gutters far exceeded the quotes from others. However, I wanted the job to be scheduled fairly quickly and didn't want to take the time to fully vet other unknown companies. "Would you use this provider in the future?" I replied "Yes" because there was no "Maybe" choice. ------------------------------------ Above is the text of my original review. However, the owner called me. He reviewed my entire file from when they did the actual installation of the gutters years ago followed by the covering with screens and then a cleaning 5 years ago. All of this prior work along with the cleaning this week was excellent. He reported that a mistake in the running feet calculation was made and he has adjusted the price accordingly. His explanation made sense and I appreciate his candor and honestly. Consequently, I would definitely rate them an overall A and would recommend them (as they were recommended to me many years ago) to my neighbors.

All went well. A representative promptly came out, measured, and explained everything, and the gutters were installed a few days later. Looks perfect.

Experienced rep came to discuss types of gutters and take measurements to work up bid. Call with bid next day.

Did very well on job. Butter had to reached one day later.

Work is done well. More expensive than other estimates. But I went for quality and company's reputation.
