Dallas Gutter & Repair

I had to wait a while for an appointment, but when it was time for the appointment I received a call the day before and the salesperson arrived not only on time but a little early. The salesperson did a thorough job explaining the work to be done and choosing the gutter. There were several choices of color. The workmen arrived on time. They left a bill so that I could call it in to their office. I did not have to be at my house while they did the work.

They did a whole lot more than the $200 worth of service that we paid them. Greg Garner was great to work with. They were professional and thorough. They went over and beyond on their service.

They showed up when they said they would and were very courteous. They took care when placing the ladders in our flower beds, too. They showed up, did the work and were gone. They were great.

The guy who did the estimate I was not real happy with. He came and was eager to have them start working right away. But when I called him back to come out and talk to me some more, he would not come back. The crew that installed the gutters were ok, they did a good job. I was telling them I had to wait until my house was painted before the gutters could be put on and they were understanding about that. Their sales is just a little pushy.

I really liked working with Dallas Gutter. They did exactly what they said they would and immediately found out what was causing my drainage problem and said that my drains were too small. The workers were very nice and professional.

Quoted without me being present, rebid based on several changes I made with no problem. Installed promptly. Work done well.

I was extremely impressed with crew that did the work. They worked hard and finished in one day. I was also very pleased with the overall look of the gutters. They were the only company that suggested the oversize gutters for our house, and it has really made a difference in the drainage problem that we had. Our old gutters were the small size.

The work was quick, clean and precise and took about 1 1/2 days to complete.

Excellent. Representative who gave the estimate was very professional and not pushy which I appreciated. Work was done competently and professionally. Took two days to complete. Workers were on time, cleaned up debris and invited inspection before leaving. Very satisfied with the work done.

The rating I got from Angie's List was right on. Good Price, quick and excellent service - they even came back to redo the diverter a bit smaller, no questions asked.

Greg was easy to work with and responded promptly when I was trying to complete the paperwork. His detail on the estimate was great because the installers missed an extention on one of the downspouts that I was able to point out and have changed before they left. It hasn't rained so I don't know how well the gutters work. They look fine.

Although rep who came out to estimate job recommended replacing gutters, he was not pushy when we elected to simply clean them out. After job was finished, I noticed a few shingles on the corners of the house were sort of ''flipped up'' and called the company about it. They immediately sent out someone who fixed the shingles at no charge.

I contacted Dallas Gutter back in march to have them come out and provide an estimate on repairing some gutters. They promptly came out to inspect our gutters. However, 4 months later, I am still waiting on an estimate. I've contacted them several times, each with the promise that they would have something for me in the next week. Our neighbor is having the same experience.

We decided not to have work performed at this time. When we get ready to have work done we will use this company.

The day after I called for an estimate, they came and gave it to me. They were helpful, polite, clear about what I needed to do and why, and not pushy about selling me services I didn't need. Two days later, a team did all the work in just about 40 minutes. They were prompt, helpful, polite, and a real pleasure to work with.

DALLAS GUTTER AND REPAIR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, THE WORKMEN WERE COURTEOUS AND PROMPT, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I WAS IMPRESSED BY HIS PROFESSIONALISM. HE WAS POLITE, ON TIME AND APPEARED TO KNOW HIS JOB WELL. THE ESTIMATE WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN ANOTHER ONE I GOT, BUT IN LINE WITH THE INDUSTRY NORMS.

THE PEOPLE WERE ON TIME DOING THE ESTIMATE AND THE INSTALLATION. AFTER THE INSTALLERS WERE RAINED OUT ONE DAY, THEY FINISHED THE JOB THE NEXT MORNING. FOLLOWING TODAY'S RAIN I CAN SAY THAT THE GUTTERS WORK GREAT.

I REALLY LIKED THEIR SERVICE. GREG, THE GUY WHO CAME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON THE JOB, IS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
