They replaced the entire gutter around the house. They were very professional and prompt. They completed the project, when they said they would and the work was very well done. I did pay a little bit more than I wanted to.

The process went well. He came out and was right on time. He helped us figure out what color we needed. He told us what day it would be installed and it was on time. He gave us the estimate. We needed something a little more in the end and they only charged us for an extra downspout. He was the most pleasant of all of the contractors. He listened to us and he talked to us. He was very helfpul.

call center scheduler did not explain that she was sending an estimator so i was expecting the job to be done that day/ when i voiced my concern they arranged for the crew to do the job 2 days later

Options were explained, assisted in color selection, quoted cost. Arrived when scheduled and cleaned up all the debris when the work was completed.

The estimator came to my house on a Monday and showed me some examples of the gutter screens that they use. He spent about 15 minutes measuring the gutters and then gave me the quote. He also compared the screens to the gutter covers which I didn't realize were about 10 times as expensive as the screens. They were able to schedule the work that week(weather pending)and on Wednesday, right before it started raining, the workers showed up, cleaned out all of the gutters(producing about 5 bags of debris)and installed the screens in about an hour and a half.

It went well. Kevin came out, measured and gave me a written estimate. The day of the install, I expected them to arrive between 7 and 8. am It was a cold day. I got a call around 9 am saying they would be there between 10 and 11 am. The gutters were installed and look great. The downspouts fit into my rainwater harvesting system perfectly. I'm pleased with the work.

The experience was wonderful. Their response time was very good. They came on time and did exactly what I asked them to do. It is a seamless gutter system and it is really great.

In the process of cleaning our gutters, they discovered that we had a couple of plugged drains leading to the sewer line. Since they don't do drainage work, they agreed to come back to finish the downspout extension after we'd had the drains cleared. Before I could call them back out, we had a rainstorm and one of the existing downspouts leaked. Dallas Gutter was very prompt at coming back out and honoring their guarantee.

The company sent an estimator promptly explaining to us all the work that needed to be done. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later. When it rained that day, they called us in advance to tell us they could not come and came on the next dry day. All the work was performed promptly in one day. All debris removed and the area around the house cleaned up. The workers were very polite and efficient.

They were there when they said they were going to be there and did they work they said they would do and everything was fine. It was an overall good experience.

They were great, they did an excellent job and they came out when they said they would. They got the job done exactly how they said they would and there was no surprises in the estimate. They are probably not the cheapest one but you get your moneys worth.

Person was on time (actually early) to our appointment for an estimate. He had already made a detailed drawing of the required gutter and had the estimate calculated. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. The installers came within the next few days and did a very nice job. The color matched my existing gutter perfectly. I requested a small modification to the gutter extensions in my flower beds to better hide them (changed color to brown to match the mulch) and they came back and replaced them without any problems. This company clearly knows the gutter business and are very professional. I'm very happy with the installation and would recommend them without reservation.

This was really amazing, they were able to come over 2 weeks before they originally thought. These guys worked for several hours. My gutters must have had 40 years worth of goo in them. I originally thought we would have to replace the entire thing, or have to add several downspouts to the system. They said said, lets see what happens when its all cleaned out and put in working order, than see what needs to be done. Turns out they were dead on, once they cleaned out all the downspouts, reinstalled some gutter screens and rebalanced the gutters, it worked like a dream. These guys really ended up totally trashed by all the goo in the gutters, and did a great job.

A small problem in scheduling, but overall, this company did a very fine job.

I filled out the on-line estimate and the next week had the estimate in my hand. The company called before they came out to verify I was home and were very professional. The gutter was installed the next week, and again Dallas Gutter called to let us know they would be there for the installation.

Excellent job overall. Kevin did the estimate after making measurements and giving several options. Installation with subsequent clean-up went very well. The company called back the next day and sent back an installer to make adjustments that I requested.
