Work was performed timely and in a professional manner. We had one minor issues (rain barrels needed to be moved to another location) which we they came back out and redid some downspouts to accomodate the change in location - work went very well

First quality workmanship. I would use again. However salesman made promises he did not keep. He made statements about work that would be done by crew they told us they do not do.RECOMMENDATION: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

I liked that they did what I wanted them to do. They got it done in one visit. They sent somebody to look over and give a written estimate with some options. Once I reviewed their proposal and called them back they scheduled the actual work which they did perform well. They did a good job and cleaned the gutters properly. They gave me a time as to when they will come and they did come at that time.

They came out and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to complete the job, and said they would order the parts and then would come and install. The only problem was that we had a very small job, and they would not do anything for less than $300.00, which was told to us at the time the estimate was given, and our estimate came to $270.00, so to have them do the work cost us an extra $30.00. It took a little over a week for them to call and schedule the work, but they came out when they said, had the work done in about an hour and were very professional. You could never tell that we had anything done.

A gentleman came out and assessed the problem and the work was scheduled in about a week. They completed the work in a short time and I haven't had any rain issues since. They were clean and there was no mess left.

We chose them for our first estimate because of their reviews on Angie's list and because they do both cleaning and repair. We bought our house recently and weren't sure of the condition of the gutters. They came out and did an estimate which we felt was reasonable, sowe scheduled them to do a week later. The estimater did not try to sell us extra services or suggest questionable repairs. The day of the job, they called and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come a little early which was fine with us. I appreciated the call rather than them just showing up. They scooped the debris out of the gutters into trash bags which they carried away when they left. They hooked hoses up to our water faucet and also washed out any remaining debris. They worked quickly and efficiently.

This is the 2nd time we've hired Dallas Gutter. The 1st time was 7 years ago to install gutters on part of the house. It was apparent over time that we needed to get the rest of the house guttered, so I called Dallas Gutter again. To my pleasant surprise, the same salesman Greg Perchard came to provide the quote. Their crew arrived Sat morning and completed the job in 4 hours! We couldn't believe how fast they worked? Once again, we're very pleased w/their work and professionalism. They were also very careful not to damage our new landscaping.

They did come back three weeks after they installed it and fixed the problem. They were very responsive and did a good job. They were extremely courteous. They solved the problem and fixed it. They were punctual in coming and professional in their work. At the time they installed the gutters, they said that it might or might not work, so if it did not work to call them and they would come back. Therefore, I called them and they came back.

Quick response to a call for an estimate, followed up once we decided they were the company we wanted to do the work. Workers arrived on time and completed the job qucikly. The removed the old gutters and did a good job on clean up. The quality of the gutters are excellent, heavy duty with extra large downspouts.

I contacted Dallas Gutter in addtion to two othergutter companies. Ichose them because of their competitive price and easy sales process. They actually arrived a little early on the day of the installation and within 2 hours they were done. The gutters look great and I highly recommend Dallas Gutters for both their product and customer service.

The salesman, Kevin, arrived as scheduled and explained the process, showed us samples of the gutter, and took measurements. He provided a contract with a detailed drawing of the house and a price estimate, as well as information regarding Dallas Gutter's product, warranty and installation methods. He also provided a list of customer references. We didn't make a decision immediately, since we received estimates from 3 other companies. Per our request, Kevin met with us a second time to go over details. He was very patient, and answered all of our numerous questions. The day of the installation, a 3-man crew arrived as scheduled. We walked the exterior of the house with the supervisor, Jesse, to be sure that we all agreed on the specifics of the contract. The team removed the existing gutter on the front and back of the house, and installed the new gutter and downspouts. The gutter was formed on-site. Jesse suggested how the downspout should drain into our new rain barrel. Once the work was completed, the team picked up any scraps, then used a metal detector to find small objects which had fallen into the yard. The team left the yard clean and did not damage any of the landscaping. They hauled off the old gutter. We are very pleased with the whole process. The gutters match the paint on the house, and look great. We would use this company again, and recommend them to others.

They made sure the gutters were leveled correctly so that the water would flow correctly. It was a positive experience with them. They kept the communication lines open and they met their date on which they were going to do the work and they were on time. They were reliable and punctual for their appointments.

The work was scheduled promptly and completed within 96 hours of signing the contract. The workmen were courteous and professional and completed the work within the specified period. They did a great job.

After getting water in my home I called Dallas Gutter to come out and see what additional guttering they would recommend. They were easy to make an appointment with, were punctual and very knowledgeable. Their review was thorough and they walked me through their recommendation. They are very honest - for the most part said that additional gutters would not have prevented my water problem. I will defintely call again and recommend them highly based on previous work as well as this estimate.

Dallas Gutter installed my gutters 4 years ago. Every other year i have them come out and do a tune up. Not just a cleaning but a entire check of all gutters, seams etc. When we have huge down pours its worth knowing that everything is working. They are very reliable, professional and on time. Not cheap. You can invest with someone that will do a quick cleaning but gutters need to be maintained in order to enusre proper water flow.

They did a good job. It was not a large job, but I had them put a larger size gutter on one side of my home.

Great. Left a clean place and the gutters look great. nOW, IF WE COULD JUST GET SOME RAIN.
