[member name removed] We researched your complaint and found that we did in fact respond to your Email (the method that you chose to contact us in) within the same afternoon. Below I have copied the email thread between you and Stephanie. As you can plainly see we did respond to you in what we believe was a reasonable amount of time for an email, 1 hour and 34 minutes. Possibly you are confusing Caddell Electric with another electrical company that didn’t respond. Alas, we will try to do better next time. Thank you for your miss guided complaint.
