The company has been bought out. The successor corporation is Arrow Exterminators. They have been terrible, non responsive, failure to get the job done, over-billing, and poor communications.

Sterlings Pest Management does a really nice job. They did an evaluation and gave me the necessary information to proceed to do the work. They were very nice technicians and they made sure that they were there on time.

We tried this company more recently because they are a little cheaper than the competition. How much you pay them depends on how long they have to work for you. They were good though and I was really impressed with their services. I would tell others to give them a try because they are punctual, courteous and they know how to prevent bugs from taking over your house.

They took care of a termite problem a few years ago and I maintain an annual contract. I haven't had a problem since the initial treatment. They are always on time, courteous and very helpful.

I've been using them for ten years, and they're very good. They do non-toxic treatments. The man who does the work is Gene Richardson-Helmick and he is great.

TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND VERY EFFICIENT. QUALITY WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE VERY APPARENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE COMPANY.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE USUALLY ALWAYS ON TIME. I ALWAYS RECEIVE A PHONE CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE IT IS OKAY TO SPRAY THAT DAY.

B & B PEST CONTROL'S SERVICE MAN DID A GREAT JOB OVERALL. HE WAS POLITE AND QUICK WITH HIS WORK.

THE COMPANY RESPONDED TO MY INQUIRY QUICKLY. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT EACH TIME. THE FEE IS A FAIR PRICE. HE EXAMINED MY HOME FOR TERMITES COMPLETELY. I HAVE USED STERLING AT LEAST 10 YEARS. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

HOME VISITS ARE PROFESSIONAL. THE MEN ARE NICE, FRIENDLY AND VERY RESPONSIBLE.

THEY SET UP TRAPS AND BAITS IN THE ATTIC. THEY WERE EFFECTIVE, BUT CAUSED A STRONG ODOR FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.

GREAT SERVICE. LASTED QUITE SOME TIME BEFORE NEEDED AGAIN.

I HAVE USED B AND B FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. THEY DON'T ALWAYS GET RID OF THE PROBLEM ON THE FIRST TRY BUT THEY DO GUARANTEE THE SERVICE AND IN MY EXPERIENCE MAKE GOOD ON IT.

WORK IS ALWAYS DONE THOROUGHLY AND WITHOUT DISRUPTION TO HOUSEHOLD. CARL, OUR TECHNICIAN, IS ALWAYS POLITE, CONSIDERATE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

IT WAS GOOD, BUT THEY HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE THE ANTS DIDN'T GO AWAY.
