Very positive.

They were not honest. They didn't provide me with good service. They over-charged me. They messed up their service. The prices were high. They came back when I had a problem, but they did not respond to the problem. They made the problem worse, and charged me for it. They didn't give me the whole story. They didn't give me all of my options. They only suggested 1 or 2 things, which cost me a lot of money. I have realized over time how misleading and bad that they were.

This was a horrible experience. At 100 degrees in Dallas, my A/C unit was running but not cooling. I called 3-4 companies and Roger from this company was the first to respond. He came out, and first of all told me how ugly my outside A/C unit was and that it needed to be upgraded to match my house. Everything else looks so nice, and this it really doesn't look good. He said he was surprised that the neighbors were not complaining. It was so old, I really must do something about it. He diagnosed it as a problem with the time delay switch, which would be $389.00, but of course that would be a waste of money, because my unit was SO OLD. He shorted it out to show me how bad it was. So the only thing to do was spend either $4,000 for a condensor unit, or better still, spend $10,000 so I could get the $1500 tax credit. I couldn't get him out of the house fast enough, and paid him the basic service fee and asked him to leave. He suggested going into the attic at that point to further check out the system, and I wouldn't let him. So now he is gone and my system is not working at all. Luckily, one of the other service people I had called arrived and saved the day. They said the unit didn't need a time delay switch, because the newer digital thermostats (like I have) have one built in, and it is no longer necessary on the unit. They bypassed the switch, and the system works perfectly again. So, no need for a $389 switch and no need yet for a new $4,000 unit until this one wears out. Oh, and the other guys charged me the basic service fee of $85 to clean up the fuse he shorted, bypass the time delay switch and fix my system in nothing flat. All with absolute courtesy, and no derogatory commentary on the looks of my A/C equipment.

He took the sensor out of my oven and replaced with another one which was not like the one which actually came with the oven. So, he tried to cut the part and try things which did not work. He finally ripped open the oven to fit it in. All that he had to do is to move a plate which was blocking the way for which he did not have to tear down my oven. I could have done it myself. And it really hurt my feelings. They gave me a different view on the ad and it was entirely different when the service technician came out. The charge was unbelievable. I felt like I was ripped off. They were unreasonable and I thought I would never use them again. They were supposed to come out early and he couldn t make it and he turned up late.
