ASP is a full service swimming pool company. We specialize in weekly maintenance service, pool repairs with licensed, bonded and insured repair technicians and pool renovations. We have several sub contractors who have been carefully selected over the years. We are committed to providing resort quality service; "your pool is our passion". Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am confused by your recent update on this review. We haven't done any work on your swimming pool since 2019 and at that time, we were completing a complimentary filter clean which we offered to you free because you told us that you didn't understand that the capacitor which we replaced on your pump in 2018 could fail if you had another underlying cause for why it went out. Please accept our apology for any misunderstanding that we might have had in 2018 when we repaired your pump. Unfortunately, at this time, the repair is not under warranty. ASP DALLAS

If we found anything of concern we will add it to this report. We also send you a picture of your clean pool. There will be no doubt your pool cleaner was there and what he did. No more finding the old paper door hanger in your flowerbed.

We encountered some older equipment that required more than usual elbow grease to bee properly serviced. Sometimes it is clearly best to replace equipment and start fresh. But in some cases, like this one, we are able to help stretch the life of the current equipment. This person has us mistaken with someone else. I knew this as soon as I read this review. I looked in our records for her name, address, work order and found nothing. This is the second review like this on Angie's list that has not been a customer. I would think there should be a way to have these removed. We will contact Angie's List and see about doing just that.

I believe on this customer, he bought the motor and hired us to install it. We provided the pump seal and the diffuser, seal plate, pump lid o rings. Seems like a fair price $189. Normally it's a 1 - 1 1/2 hr job. As far as a day later, I will check in to that. We call all our appointments in the morning to let the customers know about what time we will be there on that day. Customer service is very important to us and we thank you for the comments on how we can improve.

Description of Work: I did not feel comfortable as I talked with him. He made me feel very uncomfortable like he was looking for problems to increase the amount to pay him. He started talking about $700O or more. The more I talked to him, the more fishy it sounded. I would not hire him if he was doing the work for free.
