These guys are great. They did our pool remodel 4 years ago and we’ve had them out ever since to do the twice yearly filter maintenance and system checkup. They get in and get it done with no fuss, leaving no mess at all. Other companies we’ve used would get DE all over the yard, driveway, fence, a mess! Not these guys. They are neat, tidy and clean. Will keep using them for all our service and maintenance needs.

They are awesome. One perk of their weekly service is that if you have an equipment issue then they will alert you to the problem and can set up a service call.

I contracted with Darren Kesler at ASP in 2015 to repair a leak in my pool and gel coat the fiberglass shell that makes up the surface of the pool. The repair has held, but the gel coat was applied incorrectly and started to pit where they did not properly clean the surface before application. I called to ask how long the warranty is on the treatment and it is 1 year so I am out of luck. I hired a more competent pool company to fix the damage. When I contacted ASP, they said they don't do get coating. I certainly agree that they don't do it well. I knew I should be concerned when the original project took about a year to compete. While the pool was usable, Darren didn't not come out to complete the installation of the fixtures until June of 2016, about 10 months after the project start. The only reason I was able to leverage the completion is that there was a small outstanding balance. I don't think this type of repair is in their wheelhouse. Based on their lack of knowledge and poor installation, I am forced to repeat the process again only 4 years later. I would stay away from ASP.

We have used their service for several years and are very pleased with the quality and timeliness of all aspects of service and repairs.

Darren with ASP did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be happier! He showed enormous patience with us, going above and beyond in assisting us with the decision making. His crew did an amazing job and we have received many compliments on the finished products--in fact, one of our friends just hired him to do their pool remodel! We use their weekly pool maintenance service and Tim does a great job--well worth it!

Darren and his team at ASP were wonderful! We researched several companies and chose ASP for their pricing and quality. Our plaster pool was resurfaced w/ pebble, the old coping replaced w/ lovely grey flagstone, and the outdated tile was replaced with a gorgeous blue tile. The flagstone was cut piece by piece to fit our pool (no "pizza slice" pieces). It's all beautiful! Darren communicated well with us during the entire process. Our friends have since used them for a remodel and were also pleased.

********This is revise of my previous review.****** After speaking with management of America's Swimming Pool Co of Dallas. We were able to resolve issues from the previous job. They're technician came out and was very professional. Did a filter cleaning and the pool now looks great.

It went just fine. They did the work as expected. The pricing was fair and it was a good experience. They only reason I'm not giving them an A is because they're not good about calling before they get here. We usually find out that they're here while they've already been working and are about to finish up the work and leave.

Second time we've used them and both times were great experiences.

It was great. We were very satisfied.

They spot what needs to be done, give a quote and get to work and I've never had any problems with them. I can't say enough good things about them. The pool has never looked better. They are a bit pricey but it's more than worth the money!

the technician did not showed on time

the guy assigned to clean the pool spent about 15 minutes every time time he came out. I have a pool sweep so very little debris and salt system. Last summer the salt unit showed low salt - nothing in the notes as to why this was the case. In fact there was never one note the entire time - over a year - they serviced my pool. They don't respond to e-mails so I had to call. To their benefit the manager came out and made sure the tech had a salt measuring unit after that. Fast forward 6 months and it happened again - this time the light's been red for over three weeks - again no comment by their guy. One of the weeks was when he was on vacation - you pay for that week anyway (disclosed in contract but given the level of service you get in hindsight was not fair in my opinion) ... Sent another e-mail - this time saying I wanted to cancel - guess what ? no response - had to call again. That was last week and they're still trying to get the cancellation processed...Their guy was out yesterday...Red light on salt machine still on... no notes... Going somewhere else ..
