Great responsive service. Cost competitive. Cleaners are professional and reliable. Managers are responsive when their support is needed.

My new variable-speed pump and filter had not been working properly for about three months during the dirtiest season of the year. The pump and filter had been serviced four times by another company, but was still not working. The pool was nasty! The ASP Service Manager, Darren, came to check it out within 24 hours of my call. He stayed for almsot three hours trying to identify the problems and determine the best course of action. He gave me multiple options and estimated the costs and time requirements of each. His crews came out two more times during the next four days to clean the filter more thoroughly than ever, to tweak the timer settings on the pump, to add chemicals and to brush and vacuum. My pool is clean and gorgeous!

They were great - Showed up on time, performed the necessary services and then discussed future maintenance, as well as weekly maintenance that will need to be done.

I came home to a smoking pool pump and no water movement in the pool. I hit the emergency OFF switch to shutdown the pool. I called ASP and reported a burned-up pump. When they arrived, they quickly determined the pump motor was not burned up. They disassembled the pump and installed a GO kit (seals and o-rings) to replace the over-heated parts. They also replaced overheated PVC unions with high-temp unions designed to withstand a recurrence of this. My pool was back in business in 90 minutes. I am extrememly satisfied with the response and the work performed.

ASP was very quick to get out to our house, which was great since we had turned the pump off in order to keep from doing any damage by running when not working properly. Josh called to let me know he was coming and got straight to work when he arrived. He was very quick to diagnose several issues and by the time he talked to me (approx 45 minutes later) he had replaced our skimmer basket and addressed some other items. He gave me a full report (that i could understand) and gave me several helpful hints. He documented thoroughly the part we still need to purchase and provided everything in writing. I was VERY pleased with the visit overall and will definitely call ASP if we have more questions or issues with the pool. I used the company's big deal offer so the work was very reasonable as well!

Did a fine job. We called the company and set up a date and time for the work. It was more than a one day job. We were kept informed of how the work was progressing such as boring through the concrete or digging through the dirt and finding the leak and repairing the leak and replacing the dirt and replacing the concrete We appreciated being kept informed of the progress of the work and changes or delays to the schedule.

I had actually contacted another company on Angies List but did not hear from them so called Darin at ASP. He came out very promptly and gave me an honest estimate for the replacement of some pool equipment. I had a pretty bad leak and understood what was really needed. Darin just confirmed it and gave me options in case I wished to spend less. Both Darin and the young man helping him where very professional, polite and courteous; did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. The two tanks I had where replaced with one. I also had a leak in a pump that they came out and took care of this week. It is nice to see the area around the pool equipment dry again. I hope I don't have anymore pool problems for a while but I will definitely call them again.

Bart Stiles was very professional, knowlegeable and detail oriented. He inspected the pool for about 30-40 minutes and then explained his findings for 20-30 minutes. As someone who never owned a pool before, I found his descriptions to be extremely useful. He was through, he inspected everything related to the pool: filter, heating equipment, lights, circuits, gates, coping stones, drain covers, seals, diffusers. He answered all my questions and upon my request, sent an estimate for repairs very shortly after his visit. I highly recommend him to anyone who owns or planning to own a pool.

The pool had been steadily turning green, and it was obvious that there were some maintenance tasks that needed to be done. After getting estimates from a number of companies, both in person and on the phone, we settled on America's Swimming Pool Co. Darren had visited to suggest repairs and maintenance items that he believed would improve the operation of the pool. A few days later, Bart came out and spent a good 8 hours or so performing all the work. He was very friendly and stopped to explain what he was doing and to enlighten us on some of the mysteries of pool operation. He also added some chemicals to the water, and by the next day, the pool was as clean as it has been in ages.

Bart came out and exchanged the pump. Took him about 3 hours. He did a great job.

The first diagnosis and fix did not fully solve the leak problem. Herschel took personal interest, apologizing that the first attempt had not resolved the problem, and told me there would be no charge for that first attempt. Skipping a long story, this was a hard to find leak in PVC plumbing under my pool deck, requiring digging through the deck, draining the pool about 18 inches, and replacing a section of pipe. This was done rapidly, professionally, and the deck repair and general clean up were excellent. Herschel stopped over personally to confirm all was fixed and that I was satisfied. Over the years, these people have always appeared highly skilled and (most importantly) honest and ethical.

We have been using them for several years now and the quality of their service has been consistently good.

They get the job done and are reliable.

I have been using them weekly for the last four years, and I pay on a monthly basis. They do an outstanding job on general maintenance, cleaning and maintaining chemical levels. They are also very watchful of the equipment and making sure everything is functioning properly. Three years ago, they replaced pool equipment for me and handled it really well. They are always on time and good about calling if they are running late or need to reschedule. They are so accomodating and they are willing to help me if there are other small outdoor jobs that I need done.

They absolutely outstanding. They did the work on time and within my budget. They didn't cut corners and made sure that I was aware of everything that they were doing. Their pricing was very reasonable. They also provided weekly pool service and cleaning for me. They have never missed their commited appointment window.

The price they quoted me was around $200 a month. They were not as responsive and it took a little while to get the quote from them.

Forester Pool Service was very nice. The man I spoke with seemed very nice. The pricing was in line with what I thought it should be. But, they said that they didn't do services on my side of town though, which I thought was very odd. I thought he would want the business but apparently it was too "inconvenient" to perform services on my side of town.

A little slow in returning my initial phone calls but once we connected, responsiveness and service was excellent. I thought some items cost a little too much and some were a little less than I expected. Overall OK. I would use them again.

They are very reliable. They are always out on the day that they tell me they will. I like that they always send the same technician to my home. The technicians are very nice and friendly. I have been pleased with their service. I have a small pool and I think that the price is a little bit expensive, however it does seem to be comparable with most other pool services in the area. I pay them by the month and they come out bi-weekly for servicing.

He has great communication skills. If anything requires fixing, he gives you a timetable in which it should be done. He possesses an all around good attitude that is infectious. What a joy to have him working for me and my family.
