+ -1 moreI was impressed with his professionalism and promptness, as I've had a lot of the opposite in repairmen lately. His price was lower slightly than other bids I had gotten and the whole experience left me feeling good.
Description of Work: I had defective double paned window in kitchen that needed replacing or repair. Jeff Crawford called me back to set up an appointment time to look at it. He was prompt and confirmed that the pane had to be replaced. Set a time later in the week to come back and do the work. Again he was on time and had the window out and a new one in in less than 30 min. courteous and competent. Will use him again.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the entire process from estimate through clean up. Jeff is very professional and truly cares about customer service (he's not just out to make a buck). My father recommended After Warranty Window Service because Jeff replaced a few windows in his home more than 13 years ago. Jeff obviously made a good impression on my father for him to have kept Jeff's information and recommend him (my dad is difficult to please). Jeff worked with two other men and had the job done within two days. We had no surprises which was nice.
Description of Work: Replaced all the windows on our home (around two dozen).
