AFTER WARRANTY WINDOW SERVICE

Jeff is a knowledgeable well experienced window contractor. His communication is good, when he sets an appointment he is on time. We had over 20 thermal windows replaced and the quality of the work was exactly as it should be. The job would have been finished in one day accept that one of the replacement panes was damaged in transit. He ordered the replacement and returned the following week and finished the job. I offered to pay Jeff for the work he had done but he refused to accept payment until the job was 100%. I recommend him with out reservation.

We have used AWWS (Jeff C) for nearly 20 years, always professional and flexible. Jeff covered all windows if they were within the warranty period and we gladly paid for those that were not. We are about to have Jeff take care of a few more windows for us today!

Great experience. I had two windows that were so dirty with broken seals that they could not be cleaned. Jeff estimated the project and replaced the glass of my two windows without me ever being actually meeting him at the property. This was extremely convenient for me. He later sent me a bill for easy payment. The windows look great compared to what was there before. His price was very reasonable relative to other quotes.

Work was not performed since he doesn't work on wood windows

Jeff returned the call when he said he would. His company does not work on wooden windows and I need help with wooden 20 year old single glazed double-hung Marvin windows. Jeff was super polite and referred me to another person who could help me. Great attitude and willingness to help.

I have used Jeff before and was very happy with his service. I had 4 windows in the front of my house that I needed frames fabricated for solar screens in 2011. Since the windows are arched at the top the other companies that came out to give me an estimate couldn't do what I wanted. Jeff showed up on time and while I was at work. He called and said he could do what I wanted with no problem. Gave me a time frame for completion and was right on time. The screens were perfect and gave me the look I wanted. Jeff contacted me after he installed the screens informing me the bill would be in my mailbox and if I wasn't satisfied with his work to let him know. But that certainly isn't an issue, Jeff does excellent work and is very professional. The 2 windows Jeff just finished were perfect! I wish all companies operated their businesses like Jeff.

Although I forget the gentleman's name (sorry), he was very professional, as was the service provided, and I can't complain as far as the price is concerned.

Jeff came out promptly to provide an estimate on replacing glass in windows that had broken seals. He was easy to talk with, professional, friendly, and his prices very reasonable. We were selling our house and the buyer ended up not requiring the glass replacement but I certainly would have used Jeff if needed and will use him in the future.

Extremely pleasant experience. Jeff was very responsive and very punctual (to the minute). Based on our description of the problem (over the phone), he offered a very reasonable estimate of work. He arrived on time and was very courteous and pleasant. He examined the problem window and clearly explained the issue. He ordered the needed part, which arrived a couple of days later. When the part was available, he promptly called us back and made an appointment to finish the work. *We* neglected to meet him at the appointed time; however, he left the part by the front door. When we reconnected with him to schedule another time, he offered to walk us through the installation over the phone, which he did and our window is now fixed. He then offered us a 34% discount off the originally agreed upon cost. We're obviously were pleased with Jeff and his service. We highly recommend 'After Warranty Window Service' and would definitely hire Jeff again.

He was able to come in the next day after I called him to do the work. The replacement pane cracked and he came right back out and replaced it again without any hassle or anything. Both the times it was done quickly and without a fuss. He was good and I don't know what happened with the first replacement. He did everything right and was fast, professional, friendly and very reasonable with price. He came when he said he was going to be.

It went very well. Jeff took measurements over the phone and came out even when I was away from home. He put the invoice under the door. He didn't charge extra for second story windows which I really appreciated. He was very well educated and gave me a very fair price. I can't say enough good things about him

I hired Jeff to replace the glass on 12 windows of a home I had just purchased. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He promptly got to work and removed the fogged glass with new glass and resealed them in the frame. He did an excellent job.

Their were a great service. They were super fast. Everything worked out great.

He was exceptionally nice and answered my questions about the use of glazing compound vs silicone and did a superb job. There's no question I would use him again. He called in advance and since he knew I napped due to a physical problem around the time he was to come, when he called he said he would not ring the bell since he only needed to be outside and would leave a bill. I was awake but it was a nice gesture and went out to pay him..

Every interaction with Jeff was super. He called me right back when I first called him, he came out and evaluated the windows (found broken seals other companies didn't find) within a day or two, provided quotes (clear glass and low E) the same day he came out, and then ordered the glass and installed the windows within a week of getting the green light. The screens came a couple of weeks later but Jeff was very clear about when they would be available. I will be using Jeff for any additional window replacements in the future.

Jeff arrived promptly at the appointed time and went to work. He repaired the broken spring and replaced the broken window glass in a very short period of time. He is a very nice person and was easy to deal with. He actually charged me less than he estimated it would cost over the phone. He also reinstalled my wrought-iron window grillwork when he was done.I will definitely call him again if I need any window repairs and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Jeff was great! He's very punctual and professional. I was concerned that replacing the damaged window panels would be very expensive but was very pleased by Jeff's estimate and the work he performed. One window panel that shattered was tempered glass. Jeff took the extra time needed to contain the mess (hundreds of pieces of glass) while removing the damaged section, which was greatly appreciated. And he did this in 25 degree weather this morning.

First time the new window was installed, the window didn't exactly match the others in the house. Jeff immediately called me to say he would order a new one and replace it even before I saw the new window. New window was replaced and looks great. Jeff was very professional and the overall experience was excellent.

Jeff Crawford came exactly when he told me he would for both the estimate and the actual repair. He was very professional both on the phone and in person. The work took about an hour, and he cleaned up all the glass.

I wouldn't call anyone else. We called 7 or 8 other people who wouldn't do the work we wanted. Jeff came out and did a great job and was willing to do exactly what we wanted. We have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so!
