Very easily! I called on Monday and an appointment was set for Tuesday morning at 8:00. Steve showed up at 7:45 and was through by 9:15. He measured the window, went to Lowe's, returned and put the window in in an hour and a half. Very professional.

Although the adjustment appeared ok, we later discovered the adjustment done caused the handles to leak. We had to employ the use of a plumber.

Handyman Matters of Dallas has done 3 jobs for me. What happened was the first replacement in January of 2014, the craftsman came out, did the job, and there was a slight problem with the leveling of the section she replaced up against the sub flooring, the existing sub flooring, that was already there, that didn't need to be replaced. I told them I thought it just needed a little more leveling. They put down sort of a mud, you know what I mean?, where it blends in. They sent out the supervisor, and he saw it and he said, oh no, we've got to replace this whole thing, that's just not acceptable. They spent another 4 hours redoing it, at no charge. They sent 2 people, the supervisor and one senior craftsman, came out that time, re did it, couldn't have been nicer. Then a month later the pilot light went out on my water heater, on a Saturday afternoon, and they came out within 2 hours and re lit it. I was just panicky because it was February, it was cold. Got it done. The third time, when they had done the sub flooring, they had inadvertently put the wires in, because it happened from the result of a leak in my dish washer, that's why the sub flooring needed to be replaced, then you just push the wires back into the wall. So when my plumber came to reinstall the dish washer he couldn't find the wiring. So I wasn't able to get the dish washer installed that day so I called the next day. They sent a guy out, redid the wiring, so that it would be available for the installation, no charge. None. They have just gone above and beyond as far as everything I've had to have done. It was the only time that I've needed them in the recent past, yes.

Was not pleased at all with the overall experience. We spent hours cleaning up after their messy tile re-grouting work and other jobs around the house. They attempted to fix shingles/flashing around the chimney, and had to completely redo the work a week later because it was done incorrectly the first time. The estimate ended up being $300-400 off by the way, because they did not bother to get on the roof during the initial inspection. How can you quote roof work without getting on the roof? They readjusted a door latch for us and left metal shavings from the nails that I cut my fingers on. They could not take the common courtesy to file the metal which would have taken 5 minutes. They broke a handful of tiles in the kitchen and brought someone out to fix it. The "tile expert" they brought in laid the tile unevenly. The grout color did not match, and left one of the broken tiles that we asked to be repaired. I sent photos on request, and the tile has yet to be fixed 2 weeks later. No contact or update as to when it would be fixed either. Pricing is far to high for the quality of work being done. They rush to get the job done instead of doing it correctly and cleaning up like a professional would do. I would not hire again.

Went great. Showed up as scheduled and on time. Made sure all 3 new toilets worked properly with no leaks. Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions.

Very well! This is my 3rd time using Handyman Matters and this was the best experience overall.

They arrived in the time window that was promised. They were efficient, friendly, and did a good job.

Over the course of two appointments, Michelle from Handyman Matters, opened up the ceiling to take a look inside and saw that the damage was very limited (we were lucky!). We left a small hole in the ceiling for one week to completely dry out the area then she returned to replace the drywall and paint it to match the ceiling. It looks like nothing ever happened! Also, she re-caulked all my showers so that we do not have to worry about that particular problem again!

The work was not done for the reasons outlined above. I have no objection to a call-out fee, but would expect reimbursement if the work is carried out.

I was very happy with the service received from Handyman Matters. The door ended up being a larger problem than expected, but Allen was able to finish it within a couple hours with the help of another. He was very professional, communicated well about what was going to be done and the cost of everything. Allen also realized I was in a bit of a time crunch to leave so he hustled around the house to finish things as quickly as possible. I also had a tile on my front porch that needed to be glued down but I didn't put it in the work order. A day later I realized he fixed it for me without mentioning it! I would definitely work with this company again.

Contractor got the work done, but it hardly felt like an A+ experience. They also tried to leave early as well, which is a no-no in my book if your paying specifically for hours of service. This experience I had definitely left me thinking about using different contractors for my next project.

The handyman arrived on time. I booked a four hour session upon arrival the man said he had to leave an hour early. He worked efficiently, and had someone else come by to help him. Everything did not get done, but what was worked ok was finished adequately. However I ended up having to pay more than the four our block of time even though he was only there for 3 hours, which was annoying.

It was good. They basically had another person come. I thought it was going to be based on our coupon that we purchased. When the other person came to assist the initial person that was here, basically it was kind of double-billed.

Todd was on time and i was quoted for the job to take three hours Todd did a FANTASTIC job and he did it in 2 and a half hours. He also gave me some tips for me to fix things around my house as well.

The service man arrived early, was polite and professional, and got the job done quickly. We've found our go-to for any future handyman needs we may have at our home. Superb! Couldn't be more pleased.

I had a list of small jobs around the house that I could not handle on my own, in addition to some larger jobs that I wanted to get a quote for. Brandon arrived promptly and was able to walk through my list with me and best prioritize what work could get done today and what work could be tackled in the future. Since some of the larger projects would require additional materials, I am able to prepare for those ahead of time the next time they come out. Brandon was very helpful and professional and I am so happy that he was able to get quite a bit of the items off my to do list! I spoke to Ruth on the phone for scheduling and she was very polite and easy to speak with. I will definitely use them again!

I am 50/50 on the services that I received. I requested the hanging of a heavy picture and wanted him to hang it on a stud. I have now found out that the picture is not on the stud. I have mixed feelings about the services I have received.

The doors had panic hardware and were a bit more involved. We had some issues and what impressed me the most is how the company handled it. They did not stop working until I was completely satisfied. Hats off to this quality and this company!

They were very easy to work with on scheduling my project. The contractor arrived on time and gave me two price options depending on the level of work I wanted performed. I was very pleased with the work Chuck performed and would definitely use them for future projects.

He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, we left him there due to another appointment and he did an excellent job.

It was wonderful. I had a lot of little projects to do. He got in here and started working. It was really quick, easy and everything was great. I used him previously to replace a front door. It turned out wonderful. The cabinets are great and the curtains are up. He was there for three hours more.

Brandon, was very professional and he checked out all my stuff that the relator put on the do list before we close. He fixed everything and gave a my Angies list discount. great service.!I love that it was only one person fixing mutiple items as to mutiple people coming out for a particular issue. Brandon was very knowledgeable and has experience with remodeling and construction. Will use him again.

This was a very positive experience. Steve was fantastic -- showed up on time, completed the repairs timely, and it all looks great. Even my ultra-picky husband was impressed.

Was able to do more jobs than I expected. Did a nice job.
