I nagged at my husband about this light and window that have been broken for 5 years. He finally decided to take me seriously and searched for a company that I would be comfortable using. We decided on Handyman Matters because 1) they are members of Dallas BBB, 2) they complete extensive background checking of the craftsmen, 3) they are bonded and insured, and 4) have an extremely high level of customer service. When we called for an appointment they were able to schedule us within 24 hours. The craftsmen arrived looking professional, was clean, and was very friendly. His work happened in a timely manner as well. I know who I am going to hire next time I have a project around the house!
