This service is great. Chuck arrived on time,very professional and courteous. He made sure he knew exactly what we needed (as did the company owner when I called to schedule)and went to work immediately. He was very clearly focused on the job rather than chatting alot which we really appreciate. Everything was done to our satisfaction.

He was good. He worked on some bathroom fixtures.

Did the minimum to make it usable but I'm going to have to do more to finally fix it.

On the first day, Daniel did the masonry work, but it rained so he was not able to seal the leaking gutter. He scheduled and came back to repair the leaking gutter with some gutter sealant that he had with him. His sealant was better for the job than the sealant that I had purchased for the job. After he finished, he said he had some time left on his minimum and was there anything else he could do. So I asked him to clean the balcony gutters and he did a very good job.

It went really well. I am very pleased with the work Daniel did! He cleaned up when he was finished then showed me what he'd done. Everything was done professionally and well. We will definitely be hiring Handyman Matter again!

Very well. On time and less expensive than the original estimate.

They were ok, not great. They were average and just came out and did the work. They were punctual. I am not sure about the price since I only bought the big deal.

UPDATE: while the work performed was sub par and nothing could fix their mistakes, Stacy did refund a portion of the cost of the work performed. So, on that note, Stacy gets an A for her response to the mess but her people still fail the mark since what they did could not be fixed. I will still use Handyman Matters for future work but I will specify who I want to do the work. I have had nothing but excellent work from Joe... Frustrating and inaccurate. There were two people that showed up...one came early to see what they needed to rent and the 2nd showed up a bit later. I'm pretty sure I paid for the guy to pick up the auger which he should have had when he came the first time. Two of the posts were dug out by hand while he waited for the other guy to return with the auger. They also didn't have a post hole digger. Fortunately, I did so they used mine. I work from home and had prepared in advance for their arrival. I expected them to be able to work independently. I was interrupted no less than 1/2 a dozen times with questions. There were issues with the locations of the holes due to the sprinkler system pipes and a drain pipe. It was determined they could push through and we would fix the drain and the sprinkler system later. I came out at one point and noticed they had walked over/knocked over a couple of the stakes (still had it spray painted) and when I mentioned it, they said they had it in hand. When we went to actually pour the cement this weekend, the post holes were so far off we had to re-dig one of the holes and modify two of the remaining three. The end result, only one of the primary holes was actually drilled in the location that was pre-marked. Not happy with their inability to work accurately or professionally. They left a huge mess and charged me double what I expected. I spent more time undoing their work in order to proceed with my work. Not happy with the work the performed or the price I had to pay for it.

Overall Handyman Matters did an excellent job. I will use them again. They arrived when they said they would and worked diligently until they had completed the job except for an extension part. They were very nice and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

It was a really nice experience! I called the day before and the repairman showed up on time, quickly assessed the problems, made a run to a local hardware store for some parts and had the work all done in about an hour and half. The price was very reasonable and the workman was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on this company again when I need work done.

Joe did a fantastic job on my home! I cannot be any happier and I would absoultely recommend this business to anyone in the DFW area.

Jobs were performed quickly, precisely and within the telephone estimate. The handyman was extemely polite and knowledgeable. I will call them again.

Handyman Matters did a great job on both problems. Their personable service guy Joe took a while figuring how to get at those screws; I was impressed by his real interest in solving the problem. He ducked out for a few minutes to buy some specialized screws, and an hour after he came back, voila, both problems were solved. He explained his work as he went and even gave me a can of lubricant to keep things working smoothly. We're delighted with the result. We'll definitely use Handyman Matters again.

Craftsman was prompt, professional, and competent. As mentioned previously, they didn't charge, although I would have gladly paid.

The frame to our backdoor needed to be replaced due to water damage. Handyman Matters was able to schedule us within a few days of calling, and came out and did the job completely in one afternoon. He quoted us a fair price and even gave my husband money saving tips to cut down the cost of the job. We were completely satisfied with Handyman Matters and plan to use them again in the future.

Handydad listened closely to what I was trying to accomplish. Came up with a plan and purchased materials. He was creative in his solutions. I was very satisfied with his work and, in fact, had him do some other tasks. He is also a very nice person and when I have additional needs will call on him again.

The two guys who came were polite, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. They assessed my needs, ordered an extra-long attic ladder from the hardware store, and came back a few days later to install it after it arrived. They provided other materials, worked quickly, and did extra jobs I had forgotten to mention the first time. They did a quality job that looks good and is plenty sturdy. I'm very pleased. Their price was fair but not cheap; worth every penny for having the repairs done right.

The were prompt, professional, neat and came in under estimate and under time. I liked them a lot and will definitely use them again.

The service was fantastic. I had gotten an Angie’s List deal for the work. It took 15 minutes to repair the staircase and then he spent the rest of the time doing some caulking work. He is coming back out to do some more work.

I was not sure what to expect I but put my faith in Angies List which was my first time using. The service I received exceeded my expectations. Wayne was courteous, polite, and very friendly. We discussed options on how to handle the leaking cover over the arbor and after a few minutes, he came up with a very creative and easy solution. He showed up on time and completed the job very quickly. I will definitely be using again!

Handymen attempted repair and when repair was not up to customer expectations, Stacy contacted Southern Painting to have the it fixed. Overall repair was excellent and Handymen Matters definitely values their reputation as they took the time and expense to have my ceiling repaired perfectly.

The handyman was more than competent and easily completed the job in the time that I had prepaid as a Angie's List Great Deal. He cleaned up after sawing. He knew that he would have some time remaining after installing the vent and asked if I had anything else that needed to be done. I showed him the missing trim above a door and he purchased the material when he got the dryer vent kit. That way I was able to maximize my deal.

The handyman arrived on time and did the work in an efficient manner. He did an exceptionally good job on the linoleum repair. The service is expensive, but they are very conscientious not to waste time since they charge for time and materials.
