It took several calls to get on the schedule for an estimate. We played a little bit of phone tag, but I had to be persistent and had to remind the receptionist/scheduler to call me back. I did finally get someone out to do an estimate for me. He promised the estimate would be delivered within a week. That deadline passed over two weeks ago, and no communication or estimate. I'm done.

It went fine. The job took all of 10 min (or less) to do. But I was in a bind and I needed it done. If I had a ladder that would work, I could have done it myself. I knew the minimum charge was 1 hour. I appreciated that the technician asked if I needed any other work done, so he changed to light bulbs. Very professional.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work or serve. I've already called to schedule more work. It's great to be able to schedule everything through one service.

Brandon and Allen are efficient and professional. I had a checklist of 10 or so items and they got all items done on budget and on time. I have a condo in University Park but live in Reno. It's really great to be able to rely on someone who picks up their phone when called, follows through, and gets the job done without feeling like I need to be there or have to make repeated attempts to communicate. My tenants are both female in their early twenties and both felt very comfortable with both Brandon and Allen. I expect to use them for years to come.

Fantastic. I can't say enough good things. When I called in the person answering the phone was super friendly and didn't make me feel dumb for asking for help with these items. She scheduled someone for 2 days out (due to weather). I called back the day of the visit to see if I could add additional items to my list. Again, the person answering the call was super friendly and it was not a problem at all...and she made you feel like it wasn't a problem at all. The person showed up early (but called to make sure that was OK first) and was prompt, worked quickly and did a great job on everything! Really impressed.

Kevin arrived on time, did a great job with everything, worked promptly without wasting time, cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I plan to ask for him by name the next time I need a handyman.

Allen was able to competently take care of everything. The company sent an email the night before communicating that we were still on the schedule, Allen arrived before time and was pleasant and professional.

Work was very sub-standard and the 2 installed fans is wobbling when switched on. He charged 70$ for couple of caulk tubes and for an 18" under cabinet fluorescent light and did not show receipt, when asked. I expected good work, but ended up with buyers remorse. I would not recommend to friends.

The drywall repairs were great. You couldn't tell where the holes used to be. The re-texture job was just okay. Served it's purpose since it was just a closet, but it would have been concerning if it was a bedroom.

The repair work by Kevin was excellent but the company customer service was poor. They charged my credit card at the end without notifying me or sending me the final invoice. The scheduling agent, Ruth Chustz, never called me back after the job was completed. I had to call her several times and I had to leave voice mails at times and she did not call back. I had to make repeated calls to get the paper work completed so I could send to my landlord. I finally spoke with the owner, Stacy Huston, who got the final invoice done and sent to me. Their workmanship was good but just beware that you might have problems dealing with the administrative part.

We had the old closet removed and California closets put in. The drywall, you couldn't tell there were any wholes or anything, that was all fixed. The texture wasn't the best but that didn't matter because we put the closet system in and you don't see much of it. His spray system didn't work so he had to go to hardware store to buy a couple cans. It left like an orange peel affect. If it were in a room, I would be more concerned but since it was in a closet, okay. The drywall repair was fine. My wife said he was super nice.

They were great, they just kind of did general stuff. It really was handyman type work. The main thing I liked was the professionalism. They showed up on time, they did the job, they did it well. These guys were great and actually, it was a woman, she was great. It was great quality work. They were really good. I'd highly recommend them.

Chris and Steve were prompt and professional, showing up at 7:55 for an 8 am quoted time. They worked all day and kept excellent time records so I was confident we weren't over charged for labor. They also were spot on their completion time. Their work was excellent too.

They quoted a very high price to repair. I contacted someone las and they repaired t for a lot less money.

We had them come out for an estimate. The serviceman arrived on time and was very professional. However, He did not follow-up with the promised bid for several weeks, and the price tag was higher than others we received. We ended up deciding to use someone else who was more responsive.

The gentleman had an impossible time trying to get to the location because of where it was located. I understand general handymen may or may not know how to do everything. I would hire them again because I believe had the hole not been in such a bad location, they would have been able to do a better job.
