Great service. There was a misunderstanding with the coupon but company still honored it. Super happy.

I called them to rekey all the locks, but the one set on the entry was so old, even rekeying didn't seem to help and they suggested replacing the lockset on that door. He did not have a set on the truck that would work. But he went on another call, met with another driver and got the lockset and handle needed, returned and installed for me. I was very pleased they were able to come out and do the work on the day I called them. very pleased with all aspects of the job.

After all the phone calls to Sean and crew to come out, not to come out, come out (at the mercy of the Title Co), finally Brandon came out and completed the work quickly, professionally and at a very good price.

It went very well. Jesse was very reliable and professional. Overall he did a great job. He fixed everything we needed within the scheduled time. The company even emailed and called me to tell me that he was on his way!

It was good. I got some additional services from them. He was on time and did his job really fast.

Bob arrived at the specified time and unlocked the door for me and rekeyed the locks as well.

They were nothing but nice. I don’t need the service at all anymore and they advised me I could contact Angie’s List for my refund so I was very pleased with them. Even though I didn’t use their service, they were very pleasant and easy to get in contact with and even were nice when I had to call to cancel the appointment we had set up.

The service appointment went great. The technician, Bob Blackburn, showed up early and did a great job of addressing the issue. The bolting mechanism had endured an extreme malfunction, but he was able to get the faulty mechanism removed without causing any damage to the door. After doing so, he quickly replaced all of the hardware that I requested, and offered some helpful feedback regarding electronic locks that I am considering down the road. This was a great service call. I always appreciate it when service technicians show up when they say they will and promptly resolve any issues I am having. Bob did an excellent job on both fronts and we'll be using this company again should we have any further needs in the future.

We used them right after we purchased the Big Deal. The service was not great. We actually just had to have someone come out and fix some of them. He was a nice guy, but like with one lock, I had to tell him that it was not finished. With some of them, the key did not work even though we tried them all. It was really bizarre. I would definitely not use them again. The price was fine, but I guess, I got what I paid for. The price was reasonable, but the job was not good. He was professional. He was fine. He was just incompetent.

Timely arival and did a great job

It was good. He was good with the way that he performed his duty and the expertise that he showed. He was not hesitant on what to do. He did it expertly and did it without any mess or anything like that. He left there with the place nice and clean so it worked perfectly. I didn't have to call him back or anything like that.

He got the job done. He showed up when he was supposed to and did the job that he was supposed to do. I had moved into a new house and I had like 6 different keys so he changed all that into 1 key. I just paid the Big Deal price and there was no additional cost. I found the price fair.

It went great. I called for help and received an immediate quote over the phone. Worst case scenario quote: $55.00 for service call + $30.00 for a replacement lock set + $15.00 to install replacement lock set + $15.00 to rekey the new lockset to match all other locks. Brandon Wallace arrived 15 minutes later. He removed the broken lock set and said that it was a good product worth the effort to 'repair' rather than 'replace'. He went out to his truck and came back in 10 minutes with the 'repaired' lock set. He charged $10.00 for the repair parts. Total $65.00 (not including tax). Brandon was polite, friendly, and wore a shirt with the company name on it. He was very professional and worked rapidly. I was pleased that he was familiar with the brand of lock ... and ... that he suggested the economical solution of 'repairing' it. He worked quickly and explained everything to me as he worked. Brandon Wallace is a great representative for Aaron's and a valued resource for me if/whenever I need a locksmith again.

Quick to schedule, 2 service men came out and worked on my doors at the same time. They were fast and efficient. Will absolutely use again if needed.

I like these guys. Bob came to our scheduled appt on time and got right to work. He was in and out in no time. I will use this company again.

Really liked this provider. It's the second time I've had them out. He offered me a couple of options on the key job I wanted and wanted to be certain I was happy with his work. I'll never call anyone else.

Purchased the offer on 23rd and called in same day and got an appointment for the 24th from 9-10am. Provided all the information like phone number & House address but nobody showed up. Called back again on 26th and was told that they were waiting for the phone number and address confirmation as they sent an email for the same.... not sure why there was a miscommunication even when provided the details on phone. Was immediately confirmed an appointment on 26th from 10 - 11 am and the technician arrived at 10:10 and when he showed up re-keyed all the doors locks and also added an extra lock. He explained what is the difference and how the old key will not work and was courteous and fast in his work. The technician was good and he knew what he was doing. Other than the miscommunication everything went smooth and perfect.

Technician was friendly and professional. Made certain I was satisfied before leaving.
